Position Statement: The Manager Sales Support GCM you are responsible for developing the strategy and leading the project management and planning for events on behalf of the Hilton Worldwide sales teams across Asia Pacific. This position will work with executive partners and business collaborators to understand event objectives, requirements, fund allocation, and timelines to plan the scope and build the event strategy. You will lead the planning, ideation, execution, and delivery of these customer facing events. Alongside collaborate with the global special evets team to align the global customer engagement objectives and narrative for stakeholders, ensuring cross-collaboration ad all workstreams are accurately defined and implemented. The Manager will also suggest initiatives to reach the goals of the event for the business owners’ approval, and if approved will lead the planning and activation of those initiatives. In addition, the Manager will support the administrative and reporting efforts and processes for the various Hilton Worldwide Sales team hubs in Asia Pacific including Greater China, India, Japan & Korea, Australasia, and Southeast Asia. The role holder will help drive efficiency, consistency, and governance to enable sellers to dedicate more time to clients, to maximize performance and drive results. The Manager will guide and carry out Special events and oversee the responsibilities of the Sales Support team which include but is not limited to the extraction and maintenance of data & reporting, creation of best practices and SoPs, preparation of customer & internal communications, maintenance of account information in HWS systems, as well as the planning & preparation of customer events & trade shows and supporting the delivery of sales initiatives. The role will exercise sound judgement to balance team workload and prioritize tasks and develop and maintain a culture aligned with Hilton Worldwide Sales and Commercial Services, bolstering team strength, establishing succession plans, and mentoring team members. Position Summary: What will I be doing? • Develop the APAC Special Events annual plan and lead calls with stakeholders and other core team members to ensure conference tasks are documented and completed on time • Develop agendas, presentation decks via PowerPoint, and lead meetings with executives • Lead management and tracking of tasks using established tools available • Prioritize and delegate work to vendors and project team members accordingly, while ensuring optimal allocation of resources • Lead all event logistics with planning team, including scheduling the dates, housing (room blocks), breakouts, booths / tradeshows, shipping / receiving, staffing, supplies, transportation, sponsorships, Audio Visual, amenities, VIP / executive logistics, speakers, event technology and others as assigned • Lead RFP and RFQ processes with agencies, vendors, event venues, and hotels • Lead the sourcing and contracting of hotel, convention center, destination management company (DMC), agency partner, transportation, entertainment, speakers, booth vendors, and any other vendor partners as needed. Work with Hilton Supply Management and Hilton legal teams to implement. • Lead planning calls with internal Hilton teams and agency partners and ensure timely follow-up with next steps and notes • Plan for feedback mechanisms and implement more efficient processes • Assess and communicate event / meeting potential risks to address as needed, providing potential solutions as applicable • Lead events from conception to planning and execution. This includes participating in the tactical planning process for meetings and events. • Connect with the conference team and finance lead to run the event funding, track and report expenditures, pay invoices, and reconcile event billing • Align with Hilton Travel and Entertainment (T&E) policy (or Strategic Meetings Management Programs - SMMP policy) for event compliance, including legal, branding, procurement, and financial • Formulate and distribute regular reports to update partners on all event elements, such as attendee registrations, work completed, work in progress, and upcoming timelines • Guide direction of event creative and branding, maintain relationships and approvals with vendors and internal members to confirm consistent messaging, branding, and identity across workstreams • Plan site visits including creating visit / meeting agendas, coordinate with hotels and agencies • Travel for site selections, pre-planning meetings and execution of final event • Work with conference coordinator to maintain organized and accurate storage of all documents and files • Manage coordinator, event contractor(s) or interns as assigned by Director • Support the implementation of the HWS Sales Support Strategy for APAC. • Conduct regular individual and combined team discussions covering recent performance, initiatives, progress against objectives and personal development, providing 360-degree feedback and course correcting. 【任职要求】 What are we looking for?     【职位描述】 The Account Director will manage and grow high value and large potential Share of Wallet accounts for Hilton Worldwide. The role will look after these accounts on a local, (national), international & global basis where relevant. They will be required to manage one key or multiple segments, either corporate, MICE, and/or Chinese Local Accounts, etc. They will be accountable for the performance of selected accounts on a local, national and global basis, as well as team management responsibilities. They will create, execute and communicate the account strategies and plans in order to drive increased market share and demonstrate value to both internal and external customers. The Account Director is accountable for the performance of their key and strategic accounts. To do this, they need to proactively manage the relationships with customers as well as internal stakeholders such as Director of Business Development’s and Director of Sales, General Managers, Senior Stakeholders of hotels, and global account directors etc. They need to create and communicate the account strategies in order to drive increased and unfair share and is responsible for the implementation and execution of various projects that will drive this unfair share. The role holder is owner agnostic. The Account Director is also responsible for team management responsibilities. Planning Activities 20% To have acute insight of the market, able to identify market trend Develops strategies and directions for accounts in remit. Identifies and evaluates business opportunities for the company and directs accordingly. Executes strategic account development plans and supports communications of key messages internally and externally. Develops plans to implement long term goals for the business that are the basis for short term goals and annual operational planning. Develops appropriate objectives and directs their achievement. Establishes relevant procedures and processes. Accountable for the delivery of the strategy and activities of the sales function. Total account management focus where applicable. Quickly determine the segments within the accounts that provide the greater opportunities. Organizing Activities 50% Identifies resources, oversees activities and confers with key stakeholders to ensure objectives of the team and sales function are accomplished. Implements plans to ensure overall strategic direction of the account base and supports the company’s revenue strategies. Develops account plans that specify objectives and sales activities to support the defined account strategy and ensure maximum opportunity for account penetration. Establishes and develops long term effective working relationships with key customers to drive business. Depending on the segment, o manages the RFP process ensuring the correct procedures are in place to support the client and drive business into Hilton, for corporate transient clients as well as airlines o handles the strategic relationship with MICE / CMTG clients and handles group requests, at times supported by a coordinator or venue finder (may be specializing on a specific segment like Sports or Pharma) o handles the strategic relationship with leisure operators (e.g. including rate negotiations, intermediary agreements, sales promotions) Ensures relevant updates are sent both to internal and external stakeholders. Monitors and reviews the impact of marketing initiatives on the account strategy. Networking with sub account handlers and global leads where relevant. Strengthening relationships with key hotels and aligning strategies where relevant. Accountable for communicating the strategy, ADP, and activities on a regular basis, along with relevant issues, opportunities and successes. Holds quarterly business review meetings with each managed accounts to evaluate business performance, identify opportunities and address any related issues/concerns. Manages cross-functional links to other teams, departments and functions. Regular meetings to take place to account base throughout the sales territory. Attends relevant industry conferences and events. Lead sales activities Directing Activities 10% Directs development and administration of team activities. Provides direction to team members and establishes work priorities to achieve management objectives for those accounts managed by incumbents. Executes organisational directives and encourages achievement of goals through motivation, communication and leadership. People Activities 15% · Ensuring the movement of sales people around the team and between hotels/functions/regions. · Driving team performance through clearly focusing effort through objectives and targets. · Ensuring that performance is reviewed on a regular basis, recognizing and celebrating success and refocusing efforts where targets are missed. · Addressing performance issues in a supportive, timely and decisive manner. · Ensuring that all people in the team are trained and equipped to excel in their roles. · Ensuring that all sales people have clear and appropriate targets for revenue generated, appointments conducted and accounts retained and acquired. · Providing sales advice, guidance and direction to the team, communicating regularly and monitoring performance in a thorough and timely manner. · Ensuring the team presents a cohesive, structure approach to their work and maximizes profit potential, whilst effectively applying Hilton processes and systems.     Job Summary 职责概述 To establish the solid business relationship with the RFP/ Corporate Account, TMC, meeting organizer of assigned territory in order to present JJRH Hotels properly and support the hotel business volume through the development of room and MICE business in achieving set annual targets. A key focus of the position is to contact existing users of JJRH hotels in China to introduce other China hotels. 挖掘并开发所负责区域的客户和新的生意线索。专注于将目前已是单体酒店的客户转化为多家酒店的客户。 2.  Responsible for accurate and timely lead turnover to hotel-based sales teams 负责精准并及时的将生意线索给到单体酒店销售跟进并落实。 3.  Establish and maintain complete and up-to-date lead information on each account in the sales system to ensure accurate reporting 建立并维护完整更新的每个客户信息以及及时准确的生意线索跟进信息的销售系统,确保系统报表的准确性。 4.  Actively utilize JJRH Hotels’ sales initiatives/promotions to convert cold leads into warm leads 充分利用锦江丽笙酒店的销售主题倡议和促销活动,把进展缓慢的生意线索转化成交。 5.  Effectively leverage other sales & marketing resources and admin support to achieve personal revenue goals. 有效利用市场销售中心资源以及行政支持实现个人的销售额目标 6. Maintain product knowledge of all JJRH hotels and thorough understanding of comp set. 掌握锦江丽笙酒店的产品知识,并深入了解竞争对手的情况。 7.  Maintain and develop business relationship with key customers, deepen cooperation depth and scope, and ensure steady increase of turnover. 与现有客户保持密切关系,加深合作深度和合作范围,确保营业额稳步增加。 8. Deal with the problems in the process of cooperation between group customers and hotels, and promote business. 处理集团客户和酒店合作过程中的问题,促进生意。 9.  Develop top 500 enterprises RFP account/ LNR account to sign contracts with JJRH hotels, increase the popularity of JJRH hotels in top 500 enterprises and increase business. 开发500强企业与锦江丽笙旗下酒店签约,增加锦江丽笙酒店在500强企业的知名度,增加生意。 10. Develop TMC channels, establish cooperation between TMC and JJRH hotels to expand sales channels. 开发TMC渠道,建立与锦江丽笙旗下酒店的合作,拓宽酒店销售渠道。 11.  Well understand the customer needs and provide appropriate recommendation of JJRH hotels to increase the conversion ratio of business leads. 很好地理解客户的生意需求并推荐给合适的锦江丽笙旗下酒店,提高生意线索的成交率。 12. Keep close communication with colleagues of JJRH hotels, understand market changes and situations in different regions, and help the hotels to increase appropriate business opportunities in combination with the situation of group customers. 与锦江丽笙旗下酒店同事保持密切沟通,了解不同区域的市场变化及行情,结合集团客户的情况,帮助酒店增加合适的生意机会。 13. Pay close attention to the progress of cooperation between JJRH hotels and the customers which are in charge to ensure the smooth progress of cooperation and increase hotel revenue. 密切关注锦江丽笙旗下酒店与所负责客户的合作进度,确保合作顺利进行,增加酒店收入。 14. Analyze the sales data and understand business environment to propose and submit personal annual sales target. 分析相关的销售数据,了解商务环境,制定并提交相应的个人年度销售目标。 15. Clearly understand the gap between the real sales figures and the target, analyze the market situation in time and implement effective action plans to reduce the gap. 清楚了解真实销售数字与销售指标的差距,及时分析市场行情并执行有效的行动计划以减少差距。 16. Develop feasible and efficient sales call methods to cover more sales areas and customers. 制定可行的、高效的拜访线路方法以覆盖更多的销售区域及客户。 17. Pay close attention to the change and development of the market, and report to Regional Director of Sales with the corresponding sales strategy in time. 密切关注市场变化动态及发展,及时与区域销售总监汇报并沟通相应的销售策略。 18. Participant and Execute in the big scale fair and industry exhibition registered by JJRH Hotels to expand the hotel exposure and the popularity of JJRH Hotel, and increase business opportunities. 参加并执行锦江丽笙酒店参加的展会,扩大酒店曝光率和锦江丽笙酒店知名度,增加生意机会。 19. Ensure the customers to participant road shows by JJRH Hotels to maintain the customer relationship, business partnership and increase business opportunities of hotels. 落实客户参加锦江丽笙酒管路演活动,维护客户,商务伙伴关系并增加锦江丽笙旗下酒店的生意机会。 20. Invite the customers in charge and potential customers to attend the annual customer appreciation meeting to increase cooperation depth and new opportunities with partners. 邀请所负责的客户及潜在客户参加年度客户答谢会,增加与合作伙伴的合作深度的新的合作机会。 21. Manage the colleagues of JJRH Hotels to execute in the sales blitz week, expand the coverage of sales area and customers and achieve the mission targets. 带领锦江丽笙酒店同事执行销售拜访周活动,扩大销售区域覆盖面及客户,确保完成目标任务。 22. Produce effective sales presentation and writing. 具有销售演讲陈述及书面能力。 23.
