岗位描述:
1. Provide creative input into Meetings Product Development to maintain a point of differentiation by developing innovative product and revenue opportunities

2. Conduct and/or assist the sales team with customer negotiations

3. Negotiate food and beverage prices, function space, and hotel services within approved departmental booking guidelines

4. Manage day-to-day sales, marketing and meeting activities, plan and assign work, and establish performance and development goals for team members. Provide mentoring, coaching, and regular feedback to help manage conflict and improve team member performance.

5.Provide effective leadership to events teams, including the ability to direct activities according to the relevant detailed SOPs

6.Enhance team performance through effective communication and coordination with other departments. Ensure appropriate staffing levels based on guest volume. Develop and sustain effective relationships with clients, maximizing satisfaction and on-sell opportunities

职位要求:
1、市场营销、商务或酒店管理专业本科或以上学历;
2、同岗位3-5年工作经验。
