To have complete knowledge on beverage / service provided by The Cut Steak&Fries
2. 确保吧台标准被认真的实施
Make sure all bar standards are carefully followed
3. 确保酒水服务的流畅性
Insure the smoothness of the drink service
4. 检查并确保吧台准备工作符合标准
Check bar mise en place and setup with standards at all time
5. 确保维持酒水服务及质量的一致性
Maintain consistency in quality of service and drinks provided
6. 通过专业的良好的工作态度传达餐厅的正面形象
Convey a positive image of the restaurant through professionalism and good attitude
7. 对经理汇报事件

Graduated in Hospitality industry
5. 1年以上同岗位西餐厅工作经历
Above 1 year experience at same position in western restaurant
