1. Provides a professional, advisory
and executive support to the General Manager in

strategic goals.

strategies

and Marketing plans.

5. To set clear objectives for the Business
Development team and develop individuals’ skills and performance reviews,
coaching and training.

6. Monitors and evaluates contemporary sales and marketing
initiatives and trends.
监督和评估当前发起的市场销售活动以及市场动态。
7.To be
responsible for all marketing activity in the hotel.

8. Manages departmental changes and ensuring
processes and required infrastructure are in place.
管理部门内部的运作,保证部门设施完备,运行正常。
9. Conducts market research.

10. Establishes pricing strategies and sales targets
for the hotel.

Manages special projects and other business

12. Ensures efficient utilization of
departmental resources.

13. Ensures the development, update and
maintenance of promotional materials.

16. Ensuresteam memberin the department is aware

17. Initiates corrective measures and actions immediately when the well being and the normal operation of
the department or the hotel are being jeopardized.

18. Ensuresteam membermaintains complete familiarity
with safety, current first aid and fire emergency procedure.

20. Ensures that all equipment is functioning
and serviced regularly.

21. Manages guest relations and client services including guest and client need,
product and service knowledge, sales effectiveness, communication skills and
guest and client feedback.
管理客户关系及服务,包括客户需求、产品服务知识,销售的有效性交流技巧及客户反馈信息。
22. Manages departmental expenses and budget.
管理部门开支和预算。
23. Prepares monthly outlook/forecast for related
expenses and return to management as scheduled.
准备部门每月相关开支的预测,并在预定日期上交给酒店。
24. Monitors accounts activities and makes adjustments when necessary.
密切注视客户的活动,必要时予以调整。
25. Implements cost saving methods for the
department in line with corporate policy.
按照酒店政策控制部门成本,避免浪费。
26. To ensure that
all revenue related systems are kept up to date with accurate information and all Hilton International standards
are complied with fully.
确保所有与系统相关的收益数据都保持精确性并完全遵照希尔顿国际标准。
27. Ensures team member abides by both the hotel policies and
procedures.
确保部门员工遵守酒店的程序及规定。
28. Ensures files, correspondence and other
relevant business documentation are
maintained.

29. Liaises with Corporate office to
ensure execution and smooth flow through of all Business Development initiatives.

30. Coordinates with all Business Development
departments within the company to maximize sales opportunities.

31. Represents and promotes the hotel to all sectors
in the community locally and overseas.

32. Participates in Hilton initiated sales and
marketing events.

33. Conducts sales promotion trips to target markets.
针对目标市场组织促销旅行。
34. Maintain good rapport and communication in the
market place locally and overseas.

35. To research, produce, gain agreement to implement
and monitor the annual Revenue
Proposal/ Plan throughout the year, updating as necessary.

36. To ensure that all revenue related systems are
kept up to date with accurate information and
all Hilton International standards are complied with fully.

37. Responds to
changes in the Human Resources function as dictated by the industry, company
and hotel.

38. Adhere to the hotel’s security and emergency
policies and procedures.
