that will satisfy those needs.

To make weekly and monthly plan and

possibility of a function.

of the proposed function (number of pax, time, and type of function) and
reserve an appropriate venue for the client in the banquet reservation book.

To discuss with the clients further
details pertaining to an event: menu, beverage, budget, miscellaneous
arrangements.

To follow up with clients on
proposals and finalize all the arrangements.

To issue instructions for functions
to all departments via the event order, this well in advance.

arrangements of the concerned function to ensure everything is in order.

To coordinate with the front office,
