岗位职责:
在遵循各项法规的前提下开展甜点、蛋糕、西点等的制作
能够独立运营厨房并协助前厅销售
掌控产品成本,收集客户对产品的反馈作出改进提高
负责日常收货、销售、盘点、订货等明细统计
负责厨房及后区储物室的环境卫生,有强烈的用电、消防安全意识
积极配合品牌经营方向,对产品做出相应的调整
熟悉了解产品内容,包括且不限于产品的起源、原料食材、制作流程及方法等
Carry out all work while complying with related regulations.
Capable of independently operates the kitchen and assisting reception sales in the front line.
Control costs, seek customer feedback on our products, improvement to be made based on such.
Responsible for receiving product or delivery, sales, inventory, ordering and others.
Responsible for keeping the hygiene standard of the kitchen and storage. Has strong awareness of electricity and fire safety.
Proactively collaborate with the brand's business plan and make adjustments accordingly.
Familiar and understand the products, including but not limited to the origin, the ingredients, produce process and methods, etc.
