负责本部门内的沟通,将客人的要求反映给其他相关部门,做好本部门的翻译及文秘工作。
Responsible for communication within housekeeping and other departments regarding guest requests and hotel talent. Renders secretarial and clerical services for housekeeping.
负责接打电话。
Handles telephone incoming/outgoing calls.
收集客人和人才的抱怨,并反映给行政管家。
Bring any complaints (talent/guest) calls to Exec. Housekeeper’s attention.
了解人才抱怨和需求,并反映给主管。
Sees that talent’s complaints and needs are passed on to the Supervisor.
为行政管家起草日常简单的信件。
Drafts routine or simple correspondence for the Executive Housekeeper as assigned.
完成上级交代的其他工作
Perform other tasks assigned by superior
知识和经验 Knowledge and Experience
大专及以上学历在酒店或相关领域优先
Diploma or Degree preferably in hospitality or related field
有酒店相关领域工作经验并且从事过类似岗位
Have experience in related field of hotel and engaged in similar position before
较强的书面和语言沟通能力
Strong oral and written communication skills
具有较强的中文文字综合能力和口头表达能力;具备英语听说读写能力
Efficient to Chinese language expression and good to English language expression
