- To assist STW manager with daily operation
协助管事部经理做好管事部全面的管理工作。
- Ensure that SLIM and Hotel standards and policies are explained to staff, and are correctly applied.
确保向员工说明集团总部和饭店的各项标准及规定,并保证这些标准和规定的正确实施。
- Monitor and ensure the cleanness of the OE and dishware.
以保证为餐厅和厨房提供足够的、洁净的餐具和用具。
- Maintain consistency in quality of cleanliness of sections appointed.
始终如一地保持指定餐厅清洁度。
- Be responsible for the staff's duty roster.
极有责任的监督和控制清洁用品的使用。
- Minimize the breakage.
确保破损最小化
- Ensure co-operation and smooth communication between staff in sections appointed and other departments.
确保指定部门员工与其他部门员工之间的合作 和交流。
- Ensure that all materials, equipment and machinery are properly used and regularly cleaned, in order to prolong usage.
确保正确操作所有的材料,设备和机械,定期清洁,以便延长使用寿命。
