ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS主要职责:
负责管理客人、信用卡公司、酒店内部、业主、员工及其他公司的应收账款,并管理包括但不限于核实各项消费单据及相关附件,及时发送账单和催收函,收账、过账和进行账龄分析。
To be responsible for the management of receivables for guests, credit card companies, inter-hotel, owners, associates and others. Management includes but not limited to verifications of the sources of transactions, supporting documents, sending out debit notes or reminders as necessary, collections, postings and aging analyses.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS任职要求:
Education 教育水平:
-College graduate or Certificate in Hotel Management.
大学毕业文凭或酒店管理毕业证书
Experience 工作经验:
-Recent graduates majoring in Finance relevant majors could be acceptable
可接受财务专业应届毕业生;
Skills and Abilities 技能及能力:
-Ability to read, write and speak English. Good Communications skills and Computer skill
英语听说读写能力及良好的交流沟通能力和电脑操作水平
-Being calm and patient, capable of pressure resistance, and be of service passion. Team player. Being fair and responsible. Be passion and love working.
