The jobholder is a “field sales” whose job is to prospect for new business through cold calling. He/she demonstrates success in managing the full sales cycle, including lead generation, prospecting / cold calling, relationship development, proposal writing, negotiations, closing the sale, and follow-up.62 Most of his/her time is to call on new prospects and new customers. He/she is comfortable selling to diverse levels of people within the prospect’s organization.62

KEY TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES主要任務及負責内容
Business Development: Manage and drive the complete sales cycle, including lead generation, growing sales pipeline, prospecting/cold calling, presentation to customers, proposal writing, negotiations, closing opportunities, and post-sales follow-up

Sales plan formulation and execution: Based on the analysis of the demand of target customers in this area and the breakdown of the company's annual plan, formulate sales targets, implement sales policies and strategies, ensure the achievement of market share and sales goals, with strong execution ability to effectively carry out tasks assigned by superiors.
销售计划的制定与执行:根据本区域内各目標客户需求分析及公司年度计划分解并制定销售目标,执行销售政策及策略,确保实现市场占有率和销售目标,超强执行力,能有效执行上级交代任务。
Product knowledge and skills: Continuously improve product knowledge and consultative selling technique. Establish customer needs, buying cycles, propose Scent Solutions and create a customer-supplier relationship

Sales Contract Management: Prepare sales information and sales contracts for prospective customers and present the information in face-to-face meetings at the customer’s place of business62

Customer Relationship: Visit customers regularly to ensure their stability and reduce attrition.
客戶關係:定期拜访客户,保證客户稳定性及减少客户流失。
Customer Satisfaction Management: Ensure customer orders are secured by considering delivery dates and inventory levels for fulfillment. Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to provide a high level of customer experience. Addressing customer complaints promptly leads to greater customer satisfaction with the support provided.
客戶滿意度管理:準確瞭解交貨日期和库存水平,確保客户訂單的安全交付。与各部门密切合作,提供高水平的客户体验。并能及时处理客户投诉使客户对工作处理相对满意。
SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS技能&資格
Education Background :Bachelor's degree or above in management, marketing or related fields.
教育背景:管理、市場营銷等相关专业本科及以上学历
Years of work experience:3 years or above sales-related experience is preferred
工作经验:3年以上相關工作經驗
Proven success sales experience in industries of hotel, commercial complex, chain retailers is an advantage
曾在酒店、商业綜合体、連鎖零售商等行业有成功銷售經驗者优先考虑
Candidates with no sales experience but enthusiasm in sales role, outgoing & energizing are also welcomed.
With less experience, will be Assistant Manager

Strong prospecting skills and new account development abilities, with experience in solution selling (not transactional sales)
