人力资源行政管理职责
- Supervise HR coordinator/HR Officer and trainee on the implementation of HR policies and procedures, ensure compliance with Corporate guidance.
按照人力资源相关政策管理人事专员和培训专员,确保符合公司政策。
- Has knowledge of all Human Resources Policy and forms. i.e. status change, leave application, transfer requisition, OT, employee communication, etc.
了解所有人力资源相关政策及条款,即:级别的变更、离职申请、转岗要求、考勤、员工面谈等。
- Maintain the working area clean & tidy.
保持良好的工作环境。
- Maintain & update employees’ personal file: leaves, promotion/transfer, performance, status change form, etc.
存储及更新员工的个人文档:离职、升职、转岗,表现评估,级别变更表等。
- Update all the information to computer.
将相关信息更新到电脑。
- Supervise HR coordinator/HR Officer in above data accuracy.
监督人事协调员/人事专员做好数据更新。
2. Recruitment
要求
- General knowledge of the interview process.
熟知面试流程。
- Responsible for new employee reference check when HRM is absent.
在人力资源部经理不在时承担起对新员工进行背景调查的职责。
- Assist HRM with Probation Review and exit interviews when HRM is absent.
协助人力资源部对员工进行试用期的培训和离职面谈。
3. Compensation & Benefits
薪酬&福利
a.) Monthly Payroll
月度工资
- Collect the Attendance Records & OT forms each month.
收集每月的考勤记录。
- Check the Attendance Records & OT forms.
审核考勤。
- Make sure the following information are always correct in the HR System:
确保以下信息在人力资源系统中是准确的:
1) New Hires and Employee Personal Information
新雇佣的及在职人员的信息
2) Probation and Contract Expiration
试用期已满和正式员工到期的时间
3) Salary, position Adjustment
薪资和职位的调整
4) Insurance Base
保险基数
- Conduct Monthly payroll reports, including: AL Report/OT Report/Meal Report.
控制月度工资发放表 ,包括:年假报表/加班报表/用餐报表。
- Check the detailed payroll report which prepared by Accounting and for HRD’s signature.
审核准备发放工资数的明细并由人力资源部总监签字确认。
- Check casual labor salary and insurance.
审核员工薪资和保险。
- Supervise HR coordinator/HR Officer and make sure the Medical, Social Insurances and Housing Fund reports are accurate and send on time.
监督人事协调员/人事专员并确保医疗保险、社会保险和住房公积金的报表及时准确的发送。
- In charge the reimbursement of Subsidy Medical Insurance.
负责医疗保险的补贴和报销。
- Assist HRD with annual salary survey.
协助人力资源总监做好年薪调查。
b.) Employee’s Leaves
员工离职
- Supervise HR coordinator/HR Officer and make sure the Leave applications are under procedure and all relevant data are input into HR system.
监督人事协调员/人事专员,确保离职申请符合流程并将所有的相关资料录入人力资源系统。
- Leave forms are well kept in employees’ personal file.
将离职资料完好的保存在员工个人档案中。
c.) Work Injury
工伤
- Collect Accidence Report from all depts.
从各部门收集相关报告。
- Supervise HR coordinator/HR Officer and make sure Work Injury reports are submitted to social insurance bureau on time and following up with the reimbursement .
监督人事协调员/人事专员,并确保工伤报表及时被送到社会保险管理局,并持续跟进赔偿流程。
- Provide documents requested by accounting department for claiming the accidental insurance.
给财务部提供所需的有关意外保险的文件。
d.) Others
其他
- Understands confidentiality issues.
做好保密工作。
- Provide reports requested by HRD in timely & accurate manner.
按照人力资源总监的要求及时的制作需要的报表。
- Be knowledgeable in external and internal compensation data, e.g. social average salary, social lowest salary, housing fund ratio etc.
熟知内外部的薪资水平,例如,社会人均工资,社会最低工资,住房公积金比例等。
4. Government Relations
政府关系
- Be aware of changeable government regulations of compensation.
关注政府相关条例的变更。
- Updated on all prevailing regulations of China. Keep the relationship with the relevant authorities.
更新中国发布的所有最新条例,维护与政府机构的友好关系。
5. HR System
人力资源体系
- System administrator, make sure all employees concerned get the correct access, no confidential information leaked by the wrong authorization.
作为系统管理员,确保所有员工可以正确访问人力资源系统,确保无信息机密的泄露。
- Maintain a dependable computer system to track all HR data.
保持一个可靠的计算机系统来跟踪所有人力资源数据。
- Provide training to all needed personnel.
对所有需要的人进行培训。
6. Employees’ Training
员工培训
- Assist HR team for the preparation of New Hires Orientation.
协助人力资源部对新员工进行入职培训。
- Departmental Attendance Keeper Training: HR System .
部门考勤管理员培训:人力资源系统。
- Assist HR team to organize employee activities.
协助人力资源部组织员工活动。
7. Communications
沟通交流
- Maintain pleasant working relations with all depts.
与各部门保持友好的工作关系。
