As a Service Leader - Information Technology, we rely on you to
Assist the Department Head to manage day-to-day end users support and I.T. operations support activities on a 24-hour basis
Provide first line quality and prompt I.T. service to external and internal end users
Respond to IT Helpdesk calls to provide technical support, troubleshooting and resolution
Maintain, operate and keep updated all I.T. systems; ensure proper backup and contingency plan is in place for all systems
Provide support on video conferencing and events with AV facilities
Work with vendor for resolving technical issue
Maintain supported product inventory, including hardware and software
We are looking for someone who:
Has a passion for Information Technology
Higher Diploma or higher in Computer Science or related discipline
2 years or above in the I.T. Support environment, experience in hospitality industry is an advantage
High awareness and consciousness in I.T. security and I.T. policy compliance
Self-motivated, mature and able to work independently
