对酒店物业工程部所有计划，指导，控制，合作的工作负责， 如酒店所有用于空调，热交换器，冷冻柜，供水系统，建筑设备和电力中心的电力机械设备的运行和维修。同时也对油漆，木工，电力和家具的修理和保护性维修负责。 一、职责与责任 1、发展和履行酒店里所有机械，设备，仪器和安装的保护性维修系统和程序。 2、统一所有物业部员工的行动，保证物业的安全有序进行。 3、负责根据程序和标准对员工进行培训。 4、召开各部门常规会议以检查运用方法和程序，计划改革以及协调特别工程。 5、服从上级主管部门关于损坏，维修，运行成本，公用消费等的定期报告。向上级建议，协商如何有效使用热，灯，电以及维修计划，程序的合理申请。 6、确定酒店根据政府的要求用于相关记录，允许，执照等。 7、定期巡视，检查工作进程以及建筑设备状况。与外部承包商协商安装维修工作，部门员工应协助他们的工作。 8、对于换新设备，家具，建筑材料，改变新的建筑工程，要与其他部门密切合作。本着控制预算来决定费用成本 9、预备上级部门的批准，在工程方面的节能考虑应在批准后执行。 10、时刻准备应付一切突发事件，例如火灾。 11、建立和执行合理的工作进行记录和报告，存货清单控制方法，工作预定程序、分配或花费。密切控制工作的压力，及工资情况。 12、执行其他部门经理应负的责任。 二、职位要求 1、地方法律所要求执照的持有者。 2、 在酒店同岗位工作至少5年。 3、有电梯、电器线路维保、消防等管理方面的专业知识及证书。 4、计划能力强 5、领导能力强。与部门员工并肩作战，健全热交换，通风以及冷冻方面的技术。 6、熟悉全酒店的运行。
