岗位职责： 1.处理日常的入住，退房，预订及接待工作； 2.妥善和及时处理客户的要求、询问和投诉，如有需要，及时向上级汇报； 3.确保并遵守公寓相关的政策、程序和标准； 4.确保正常处理开票和行政工作，包括审核账务和归档工作； 5.领导交办的其他工作；  6.积极与团队配合完成日常工作 ； 7.监管部分咖啡角的工作内容。 岗位要求： 1.大专以上学历，酒店管理、旅游类专业毕业; 2.身高160以上，具有1年以上服务公寓/星级酒店工作经验，有国内和国际联号工作经验优先; 3.良好的沟通能力，具备良好的英语口语能力; 4.良好的仪容仪表，熟悉前厅工作流程; 5.可接受轮班及夜班工作制，男女不限。
