Assists the Director of Human Resources in
the smooth and efficient running of the Human Resources Division, ensuring that
all the policies and procedures outlined in the Departmental Operations Manual
are strictly adhered to.
协助准备并更新人力资源部营运手册的内容。
Assists in the preparation and update of the
Human Resources Departmental Operations Manual.
确保所有员工记录得到及时更新(包括员工年假记录,出差和病假情况)
Ensures that all associate records are kept
up to date (including associate annual leave, business trips, medical leave).
协助确保酒店的政策符合集团/酒店的人力资源政策和程序。
Assists in making sure that the hotel is
adhering to all Company/Hotel Human Resources Policies and Procedures.
确保政府规定的有关员工方面的法规得到严格的遵守和执行。
Assists in making sure that
government-stipulated associate legislation is strictly followed and
implemented.

Responsible for the security and upkeep of
personnel files.

Assists to conduct Departmental
Communication Meetings as scheduled.

Customer Service
通过培训及协助其他同事的培训,支持酒店的关注重点 – 优质服务,使酒店员工能够为外部客人(顾客)提供超出客人期望的服务。
Supports the hotel’s focus on service
excellence by training and assisting others to train people to provide
exceptional service to the hotel’s external customers (guests).

Provides the appropriate level of
professional, courteous and caring service to other associates (internal
customers) and other visitors to the division.

协助保证有效的员工配置和工资体系,帮助部门总监/部门经理实现高生产率和不必要的工资支出。
Helps to maintain efficient staffing levels
and payroll systems, helping Division/Department Heads to maximise productivity
and minimise unnecessary payroll costs.
熟悉生产率知识(以及其他关于员工表现的信息),作出每月人员流动率的报告、员工病假统计报告以及员工休假统计报告。
Be conversant with productivity ratios (and
other key performance indicators) and to produce the monthly turnover report,
associate sick leave report, vacation reports.
协助对部门营运预算的管理,以控制成本和花费得到批准。
Assists in the management of the
Department's operational budget so that all costs are controlled and
expenditures are properly approved.
确保酒店内所有有关财务记录、金钱和执照等相关的规定、政策和条例严格遵循酒店、公司和当地法律的规定,包括及时准确地提供有关财务方面信息的报告。
Ensures that all hotel, company and local
rules, policies and regulations relating to financial record keeping, money
handling and licensing are adhered to, including the timely and accurate
reporting of financial information.

Assists in making sure that Associate
Facilities are maintained to Hyatt International's high standards of operation.

Conducts interviews and co-ordinates
recruitment activities in liaison with the respective Heads of Department.

Co-ordinates all visas and immigration
activities when necessary and monitor the passports and immigration papers of
foreign national associates.

Assists with apartment accommodation for
foreign nationals associates.

Assists the Security Manager in locker and
first aid box inspections.
定期召开员工餐厅委员会会议。
Conducts Employee Restaurant Committee
Meetings on a periodic basis.
对外包公司员工进行管理。
Manages outsource associates particularly
grooming to meet Hyatt Standard.
提供关于员工职业发展、私人问题、职业相关问题、员工不满和违纪惩罚等发面的咨询。
Counsels associates in career prospects,
personal issues, job related issues, grievance, discipline, etc.

Communicates with labour offices and
labour-law specialists, and have a thorough understanding of the local labour
law.

Responsible for all leave administration.

Have Orientation training on job related
issues.

Ensures that all associates are treated
fairly and consistently as outlined in their terms and conditions of
employment, local legislation, and company/hotel policies and procedures.
监督酒店的招聘和挑选程序,为部门总监和部门经理提供有效迅速的招聘方案。
Oversees the hotel's recruitment and
selection process, providing Division and Department Heads with effective and
efficient recruitment solutions.
确保在酒店内与所有级别的员工保持良好及专业的工作关系,在员工的福利、安全和发展上表现出积极的态度。
Ensures a strong professional relationship
with all levels of associates within the hotel, taking an active interest in
their welfare, safety and development.
协助以人本品牌在酒店内各部门的执行。
Supports the implementation of The People
Brand in every department in the hotel.
人力资源部经理休假期间对辞职员工进行离店面谈,并将结果反馈给人力资源总监。
Conducts Exit Interviews for resigned
associates when Human Resources Manager is absent and provide feedback to the
Director of Human Resources.
协助监督所有人力资源部员工的出勤和仪容仪表,确保员工穿着正确的制服并符合酒店和部门的仪表及卫生标准。
Assists to oversee the punctuality and
appearance of all Human Resources associates, making sure that they wear the
correct uniform and maintain a high standard of personal appearance and
hygiene, according to the hotel and department’s grooming standards.
通过合理的培训、辅导,以及/或顾问,提高人力资源部所有员工的工作技巧和效率。
Develops the skills and effectiveness of all
Human Resources associates through the appropriate training, coaching, and/or
mentoring.
确保所有员工了解并遵守酒店、集团和当地的政策法规中有关的消防、危险和安全的制度。
Ensures that associates follow all hotel,
company and local rules, policies and regulations relating to fire and hazard
safety, and security.
及时反馈员工意见调查的结果并确保相关改变得到执行。
Feedback the results of the Employee
Engagement Survey and ensure that the relevant changes are implemented.

Other Duties

Is knowledgeable in statutory legislation in
associate and industrial relations.

Understands and strictly adheres to Rules
and Regulations established in the Associate Handbook and the Hotel’s policies
concerning fire, hygiene and health and safety.

Ensures high standards of personal
presentation and grooming.
与旅游学校和大学保持良好及专业的关系。
Maintains strong, professional relationships
with local schools, hotel schools and universities.

Responds to changes in the Human Resources
function as dictated by the industry, company and hotel.
根据要求出席酒店和部门的培训和会议。
Attends training sessions and meetings as
and when required.

responsibilities as assigned.
