岗位职责按照检查表开始和结束一天的营运与客人进行积极的互动，来寻求反馈在餐厅中，培训、维持和执行所有的服务标准在班次上正确执行收入和账单控制程序处理日常员工的协作关系为所有的员工和客人，建立一个安全及卫生的工作环境确保在餐厅营运时，协助服务员或领位，在各自的岗位上使客人满意岗位要求一年以上的酒店餐厅工作经验有较好的服务精神和沟通技巧良好的团队协作能力

岗位职责 1. 负责酒店基础设施设备的安装、检修和维护工作，包括办公设备、电器设备、消防设施等，并做好维修记录。 2. 按规定巡查酒店各区域设备运行情况，做好值班记录与工作日报表，及时排除故障，确保正常运行。 3. 按计划检修客房，检修公共区域，根据客房损坏情况排出先后次序，合理使用原材料，减少浪费。 4. 完成综合性临时任务，如检查VIP房，监督客房、餐厅、大堂等外包维修工作。 5. 认真填写交接班记录，作好交接班工作。 6. 完成上级领导分配的其它工作。 任职要求 1. 高中及以上学历，具有电工证。 2. 1 年以上酒店相关工作经验，熟悉各项工程基本技能和知识。 3. 熟悉酒店高低压供配电系统及给排水设备日常维修保养知识。 4. 具备良好的沟通能力与合作精神。 上五休二（排班休）、一个月需要上5-7天夜班（有夜班补贴）、社保公积金、提供食宿。

1.服从厨师长的工作安排，负责菜肴的加工烹制。  2.掌握各种烹调方法，努力钻研烹调技术，积极改革和创新菜式品种，不断提高菜品质量。 3.了解每天的开餐任务及菜单，准备好各种调料和小料，管好料缸的卫生。 4.认真执行操作规程，做到投料准确适时，勾芡上料适度，准确识别油温，掌握火候，出锅及时，装盘成型美观，菜肴色、香、味、型好。 5.搞好食品卫生，保持炉灶和操作用具清洁，尝味用调羹，工作结束时，剩余各种调料用筛子滤过，盛器擦净加盖，个人卫生符合要求，衣着整洁。  6.爱护使用灶具、炊具等设备，注意好保养工作，节约水、电、煤气的耗用量。 *需要线下面试，请方便再投递简历，谢谢！
