统筹酒店IT系统全流程管理与运营，主导酒店IT基础设施、核心业务系统（PMS系统、财务ERP、OTA对接系统、客房控制系统等）的部署、运维与优化，搭建高效的酒店IT服务体系，保障酒店前台、客房、餐饮、财务、行政等各部门IT业务顺畅运行；管理IT团队，协同各业务部门，防范IT安全风险，推动酒店IT数字化升级，助力提升酒店运营效率与客户体验。
