岗位职责 1.部门所有文件的收发、归类和存档工作。 2.管理部门的人事档案及各种工作资料。 3.为部门经理/总监准备各种需要签批的申请。 4.负责部门的文印打字工作。 5.负责做好上传下达及与各部门的联络沟通，处理日常事务和来访接待工作。 6.各类办公用品的领取与发放。 7.跟进部门经理/总监交办的其他工作。 岗位要求 1.具有大专以上文化程度或具备文秘方面的专业知识。 2.懂得电脑操作，能较熟练地进行中英文打字。 3.有一定的写作能力和应变处理问题的能力。 4.身体健康、精力充沛、五官端正。
