【岗位职责】 1、负责酒店的布草、员工制服和客衣的洗涤熨烫工作的正常运作。 2、负责本部门员工的培训工作，进行业务指导及考核。 3、监督安全生产及卫生管理工作，积极倡导“绿色酒店”环保意识。 4、督导员工擦拭保养洗涤设备，与友邻部门建立良好的工作联系。 5、教育员工遵守饭店各项规章制度和岗位工作规程；做好员工的思想工作。 6、掌握洗烫设备、各类纺织物品和洗涤用品性能，在保证质量的前提下，做到高效低耗，控制成本。 【岗位要求】 1、X以上学历。 2、X年以上洗衣部管理工作经验。 3、熟悉部门专业知识，熟悉洗涤设备的使用与保养持有高级洗衣师证，有一定英语基础。 4、身体健康，相貌端正。 5、受过专业培训。
