一、岗位职责： 1、受理电话、传真、互联网等不同形式的客房预定，将订房资料录入电脑并传达给相关部门和岗位。 2、严格遵守各项制度和操作程序。 3、为客人准确快速地办理入住登记手续，合理安排好各种房间。 4、独立安排散客或团队的房间。 5、检查当天团队房号，并核实房态。 6、保持前台清洁整齐，检查所需表格、文具和宣传品是否齐全，并报告前台领班。 7、认真细致做好交接班工作，保证工作的延续性。 8、协助前台收银员为客人做好结帐工作。 二、岗位要求： 1.中专以上文化程度，英语沟通流利者优先； 2.性格开朗、头脑灵活、工作踏实，具有较强的服务意识、推销意识和责任感； 3.通晓酒店各项对客政策、设施设备及服务种类以及总台工作程度和规范。
