Primary Responsibilities主要职责
Assists the Learning & Development Manager / developLearning & Development policies and procedures.
Ensures the coordination of talent training activities:
- Collects traininginformation and disseminates it to concerned department heads and supervisors.
- Liaise withdepartment supervisors and managers in the implementation of on-the-jobdepartmental training.
- Participates indepartmental training activities.
- Make Learning& Development report, Learning & Development plan, MIS report, monthlycheck grooming report and birthday list.
Monitor the usage of training aids:
- Issues andmonitors the usage of the training aids.
- Manage talentnotice board, Routine maintenance and cleaning, and timely updates.
- Responsible forthe daily inspection and distribution of training rooms, which they are in goodorder, with the desired room set-up and training aids as required.
Monitors training for new talents, reports to theLearning & Development Manager / in time.
Conducts retraining programs and information for currentlyemployed talent.
Monitors present and future training trends, practicesand system that is beneficial for hotel talent and recommends to the Learning& Development Manager / for implementation.
Looks after the safe keep of electronic equipment.

确保人才培训工作的有序进行:
-汇总培训日程安排,并通知相关部门经理和部门主管。
-与各部门主管和经理协调,完善人才的在岗培训。
-参与部门培训课程。
-每月制作集团及酒店学习与发展报告、学习与发展计划、月度仪容仪表报表、生日报表。
管理培训辅助设备的使用:
-负责管理培训辅助设备的使用。
-负责人才信息栏的日常维护和清洁,及时更新信息。
-每日负责合理分配培训教室的使用,并确保培训教室的整洁,设备安放到位。
监督新人才的培训,及时向学习与发展经理汇报。
制订并监督人才重复培训计划。
注意培训发展趋势,向学习与发展经理建议作相应的调整,从而提高酒店人才素质。
合理使用和维护电子教学设备。
