【岗位职责】  1. 负责全日餐厅餐前准备、摆台、区域卫生清洁，保障用餐环境整洁  2. 迎宾引座、点单、上菜、巡台、加菜、结账，熟悉菜单与酒水知识，为宾客提供专业推荐  3. 了解基础食品安全知识，协助收台、翻台、餐具回收与清洁消毒  4. 配合厨房、吧台完成餐期服务，服从主管安排，传递万丽“活力探索”的餐饮体验   【任职要求】  1. 对酒店行业有热情，愿意学习并适应快节奏工作环境  2. 具备良好的沟通能力和服务意识，能够与团队协作  3. 工作细致认真，有责任心，能承受一定的工作压力  4. 能适应轮班制工作安排，包括周末和节假日  5. 具备基础英语沟通能力（CET-4及以上优先），餐饮服务经验加分

1.根据领班的安排为客人运送行李。 2.根据标准储存行李。 3.为客人提行李时，指引抵店客人到办理入住登记的地方。 4.指引客人及来访者到任何酒店的设施。 5.快速将客人的行李送至房间。 6.保持行李房所有行李车及设施的干净，以保持专业的形象。 7.陪同客人到房间并解释酒店及客房的设施。

岗位职责 1、与既有的客户和潜在的客户及合作伙伴保持密切的联系。 2、高效认知和掌握销售线索。 3、代表酒店参加国际及国内的销售活动。 4、发挥创造力，为酒店的产品及部门做出应有的贡献。 5、仔细计划与客户的会面，对预定的客户实施客户关系管理，完成销售目标。 6、在所负责的市场区域内，监视和报告市场及竞争者的情况。 7、准备销售报告，确保市场及客户信息的准确性，以便于工作的跟进。 8、积极地传播产品信息，在负责的市场内营造酒店的知名度。 9、在所负责的区域内，与市场销售总监一起计划销售攻势，并确保其实现。 10、主动参与，完成各种销售报告。 11、协助计划和配合销售活动。 12、协助配合开发制作所有酒店促销材料。 13、管理客户档案数据库，手工或以电脑更新客户档案。 14、不断地对下属员工给予持续建议及支持。 15、执行上级要求的任务，完成市场销售目标。 16、遵守酒店酒店的员工守则。 17、遵守酒店酒店的政策及程序。 18、坚持不断的对自己的表现进行分析评估。 19、完成上级交给的其他任务 岗位要求 1、具备领导才能，了解所负责部门对各职位的责任。 2、掌握使用互联网及其它主要电脑系统的知识。 3、掌握应用销售及前台的电脑系统。 4、了解商务旅游、旅游业国际市场，会议旅游及餐饮销售。 5、能够掌握和理解市场和竞争。 6、必须具备良好的中，英文读写能力。 7、良好的电脑技能，至少会使用微软2003或以上操作系统、微软办公软件2003或更高版本、互联网及其它的流行出版软件。 8、良好的人际交往和沟通技巧。 9、独立工作和团队工作的能力。

岗位职责 1、负责客房部的整体经营和运作；分配督导员工工作，制定工作计划。 2、确保部门成本及各项费用，得以良好的控制。 3、根据酒店的运营标准，随时对房间和设施设备及各项物品进行检查。 4、制定部门的年度预算，并确保部门的经营费用控制在预算之内。 5、检查客房部的设施和管理，抽查及提升本部门整体工作质量及工作效率。 6、组织编制部门工作程序及工作考评。 岗位要求 1、有两年以上同星级客房管理工作经验。 2、熟悉客房部专业知识，熟练使用电脑，持有客房部经理上岗证或资格证书。 3、掌握熟悉客房管理、服务流程和质量标准。 4、具有组织协调能力、应变能力、经营能力以及文字表达能力和信息管理能力。 工作地点 青岛颐海花园酒店(青岛市市南区泉州路5号）
