As Events Operations Captain will be responsible for the following duties: The Banquet Captain is responsible for, but not limited to, the overall management on Banquet. 【岗位职责】 1、协助行政总厨管理西厨房热菜部门的日常运营，确保菜品质量、出品速度和卫生标准符合酒店要求。 2、负责热菜菜单的设计与开发，根据季节和市场趋势调整菜品，提升顾客满意度。 3、监督食材的采购、验收及库存管理，确保食材新鲜且符合成本控制要求。 4、培训并指导厨房员工，提升团队专业技能和工作效率，确保操作规范和安全。 5、检查厨房设备的使用与维护，及时报修故障设备，确保厨房正常运转。 6、严格执行食品安全与卫生管理制度，确保厨房环境符合卫生标准。 7、协调与其他部门（如餐厅、采购等）的沟通，确保运营流程顺畅。 【岗位要求】 1、具备扎实的西餐热菜烹饪技能，熟悉各类西式烹饪技法及食材特性。 2、具有同品牌级别酒店的同岗位工作经验，能够高效组织团队完成工作任务。 3、具备创新意识，能够根据市场需求设计新菜品并优化现有菜单。 4、良好的沟通与协调能力，能够与团队成员及其他部门有效合作。 5、工作细致认真，责任心强，能够承受高强度的工作压力。 6、了解食品安全与卫生相关法规，持有相关证书者优先。

1.负责督导本系统所有工作的开展，切实做到所辖电力系统设施、设备的正常有效的运行，并使其运行状况良好 2.负责配电房值班运行管理工作，严格遵守输配电各项制度和规定安排人员做好每日酒店用电统计，并分析能源消耗，切实做好能源节能减耗 3.组织班组人员按时完成上级下达的维修任务，执行工程师下达的指令，督促维修人员在操作过程中严格执行操作规程，按时完成各项工作任务 4.根据需求制定每周每月维修进度计划，并与客房及前厅等部门进行沟通，取得协调 5.协调本专业人员对酒店木工、油漆以及家具装饰物维修工作的开展 6.对厨房所有区域灯光维护，更换；厨房内燃气管道维护保养做好各项维修作业，使酒店设备正常运行

一、岗位职责负责酒店客房、公共区域及后勤区域的机电、水电、空调、洁具等设施设备日常维护与维修。快速响应报修需求，处理灯具更换、管道疏通、家具修补等常见问题，及时解决宾客相关诉求。执行设备预防性保养计划，定期巡检并记录隐患，配合完成大修与节能降耗工作。遵守安全操作规程，做好维修记录与备件管理，配合跨部门协作保障运营顺畅。二、任职要求中专及以上学历，机电维修、酒店工程等相关专业优先。1 年以上高端酒店或楼宇设施维修经验，掌握水电、暖通等基础技能，一专多能者优先。持有电工证等相关操作证书，熟悉安全规范与设备维护流程。责任心强，能适应轮班与节假日值守，具备基础沟通能力与服务意识。
