Job Description
You will be responsible to assist with the efficient running of the department in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting employee, guest and owner expectations.
The Assistant Manager - Front Office is responsible to assist the Front Office Manager in managing the day-to-day operation of the Front Desk at the hotel.
Qualification
Proficiency communication in English.
Minimum 2 years work experience as Assistant Manager or Team Leader - Front Office / Guest Relations in a luxury brand hotel.
Well developed communication and customer relations skills.
Plan, prep, set up and prepare quality products in all areasof the Pastry/Bake Shop to include, but not limited to pastries, desserts,breads, ice creams, sorbets, creams, jams, displays/centerpieces in accordancewith departmental quality standards and specifications. Maintain organization, cleanliness and sanitationof work areas and equipment.

Works
closely with the Director/Assistant Director of Event in the overall Events
Sales and Operations, which include the planning, directing and implementation
of Catering/Events strategies towards maximizing potential revenues and yield
Achieving
personal Events sales budget figures.
Achieve the
required number of sales call and entertainment per week as agreed upon
management.
Cover the
agreed upon Industry the fullest extent for maximum business opportunities.
Responsible in achieving the room and partial catering sales
objectives assigned.
Assist the Director of Sales in the development of sales plan, sales
budget and forecast preparation and sales target accounts.
Represents and promotes the hotel by maintaining constant contact with
the market and the customer base locally and internationally through Customer
Relationship Management.
Assist the Director of Sales in supervising the Sales department and to
ensure that all daily tasks are completed in a timely fashion.
