Responsible for the duties and activities of Security Officers and Guards during the shift and to ensure established position procedures, patrols and frequencies are followed.

1.Supervise each shift security operations, ensuring adequate patrol patterns and frequencies are maintained to ensure the security of guests and Team Members.
指导监督各班的运作,确定保卫巡视的正确执行,确保对客人和同事实施安全保卫工作。
2.Familiar with and checking hotel fire equipments、fire evacuation passages.全面熟悉并检查酒店各消防设施、消防通道、出入口。3.Ensure prompt reporting of maintenance issues to Engineering department by security guards as they record them during their patrols.确保保安员将巡视记录中的维修问题及时报告给工程部。4.Familiar with each department work procedures、security knowledge、emergency procedures、ensure each position professional knowledge and work standards.熟悉各部门工作程序、安全知识、紧急程序、监督检查与落实并指导各岗位警卫的专业知识及工作水准。5.Conduct random bag inspections of Team Members entering and leaving the building. Ensure asset removal policy is adhered to, to prevent hotel assets being removed from the hotel without the proper authority.在员工进出酒店时对其包裹进行随机检查。遵寻酒店财物管理的原则,在未行到特许的情况下严禁酒店财物外流。6.Provide escort services for Team Members carrying cash, where required.如有需要,应对携带大量现金的同事提供护送服务。7.Maintain perimeter patrols at points of entry and egress to ensure that all people within the hotel environs have a genuine purpose and are not loitering.在酒店的出入口安排外围巡视点,以确保在酒店周围无闲杂人等8.Strictly and justly examine Team Member work knowledge、work discipline、obligation, master each guards work status.严格公正地考核员工的业务知识、工作纪律、责任心,全面掌握每个员工的工作状况。
1. Performs check in, check out and room change procedures and ensuresall data are entered completely into the hotel systems in accordance withreservation
履行入住、退房和换房手续,并确保所有资料都按照预订情况完整的输入酒店电脑系统。
2. Maintains cashier float and ensures accurate daily report of allmoney received
保持库存现金限额并保证每日对所收现金进行准确报告。
3. Cashes hotel guest’s personal and travelers checks and assists withcurrency exchange
为酒店客人的个人支票及旅行支票兑换现金,并协助进行外汇兑换。
4. Keeps abreast of all modifications to accounting policies andprocedures
随时留意会计政策和工作程序的变化 。
5. Responsible and attends to guest’s request of using the service ofsafety box at all times
随时负责回应客人关于使用保险箱服务的要求。
6. Knowledgeable of all special promotion procedures, for programs suchas; Seasonal Packages, Frequent Flyers Programs, and also IntercontinentalHotels Group Loyalty programs.
熟知所有特别促销活动,如:季节性套餐计划、常客优惠计划以及洲际酒店集团忠实方案。
7. Attends to guest’s complaints, inquiries and requests, refereesproblems to supervisor/Assistant Manager if he/she unable to assist
处理客人的投诉、问询和请求,如果自己无法提供协助,则将问题转给主管和经理助理。
