岗位职责
Job responsibility
1.接受线上、线下客户对酒店的预订需求,并予以妥善解决;
Receive and properly solve booking needs of online and offline customers;
2.接听客户对酒店等产品信息的咨询电话,予以解答并作好相关记录;
Answer and record customer's inquiries about hotel and other product information
3.熟悉处理房间预订的程序,给宾客提供给最新和最准确的房况信息;
Be familiar with the process of room reservation, and provide the latest and most accurate room status information to guests
4.落实“预订未到宾客”的名单和每日团队取消情况
Implement "no-shows" list and daily group cancellations
岗位要求
Job requirements
1.具备热情的工作态度、一定的抗压能力、拥有良好的执行力和团队精神;
Have enthusiastic working attitude, certain ability to work under pressure, have good executive ability and team spirit
2.有一定的沟通能力,口齿清晰、开朗自信,有较强的语言表达能力和人际沟通能力;
Have certain communication ability, articulate, cheerful and confident, have strong language expression ability and interpersonal communication ability
3.大专以上学历,普通话标准,谈吐礼貌,声音甜美;
College degree or above, standard Mandarin, polite speech, sweet voice;
4.熟练掌握基本办公软件操作,中英文打字熟练;
Good command of basic office software, good command of typing in English and Chinese;
5.具有国际品牌酒店相关工作经验者优先;
With international brand hotel related working experience is preferred;
6.具有优良的服务意识和敬业精神。
