【岗位职责】 主招：暖通，装修，机电 技工或工程领班 筹备期间提供餐饮津贴（每人），和住宿津贴（符合条件可申请） 1、负责做好设备检修及“三级保养”工作。 2、安排检修业务工作，及时协调机修各工种之间技术业务工作。 3、督促机修工熟悉使用和保管好各种维修机械和维修工具。 4、掌握各种主要设备的备品备件情况，合理控制使用，适时编制申购计划，保证设备维修的需要。 5、配合有关部门做好机修工的技术培训和特殊工种的定期复证工作。 6、带领教育机修工树立为前台服务思想，要做到人走场地清，不沾污地面、墙面和其他部位。 【岗位要求】 1、中技以上学历。有同岗位工作经验1年以上。 2、熟悉各种机械设备的性能，掌握设备的维修和排除故障的专业知识，熟悉各各机械设备的工作规程和制度。 3、取得机械维修工上岗证书。 4、机械设备运行、操作、保养、维修管理能力。 5、良好的沟通能力，能书写一般工作报告 6、执行力强，服从工作安排。

岗位职责 1、健全各种问讯资料。 2、掌握客房预订情况，向部门经理报告重要团体和客人的订房情况，检查VIP通知单的发送情况，负责VIP接待工作的落实。 3、处理总台工作中的差错，处理宾客有关投诉。 4、负责总台财产、设备的使用管理和保养工作，及各类资料的收集、存档及管理工作。 5、检查每日的报表是否有误，并及时纠正。 6、建立体质良好的宾客关系，努力增加客房销售。 岗位要求 1、大专及以上学历，有同岗位工作经验1年以上。 2、有良好的团队领导精神及执行力。工作认真负责，作风正派。 3、熟练掌握前厅部工作的各个环节和程序。 4、身体健康，品貌端正，服务意识佳。 5、掌握酒店管理基础知识，善于同宾客交往、沟通，处理周到、果断，能独立处理各种投诉。

1、服从领班的领导，接受领班对工作程序及质量的检查、指导； 2、严格按职业标准，热情地为客人提供服务； 3、负责整理、清洁客房，配送各种客房用品。清洁完毕后，填写好“工作日报表”，并把工作车及清洁工具归位放好； 4、及时报告客人遗留物品、客房物品损坏、遗失和索赔等情况； 5、保管楼层各种物品，回答客人提出的有关问题； 6、介绍服务项目和客房设施的使用方法。
