【岗位职责】 1、负责酒店客房、会议、餐饮等产品的销售工作，完成公司下达的销售指标； 2、开发并维护客户资源，包括但不限于企业客户、旅行社、OTA平台等，建立长期稳定的合作关系； 3、定期拜访客户，了解客户需求，提供定制化的销售方案，提升客户满意度； 4、参与市场调研，分析竞争对手动态及行业趋势，提出销售策略优化建议； 5、协助策划并执行酒店营销活动，提升品牌影响力及市场占有率； 6、及时跟进客户反馈，协调内部资源解决客户问题，确保服务质量； 7、完成销售合同签订、账款回收及客户档案管理等后续工作。 【岗位要求】 1、具备较强的市场开拓能力及客户沟通技巧，能够独立完成销售任务； 2、熟悉酒店行业销售模式及客户需求，有相关销售经验者优先； 3、具备良好的谈判能力及商务礼仪素养，能够高效促成合作； 4、抗压能力强，适应快节奏工作环境，能够接受短期出差或加班； 5、具备团队协作精神，能够与各部门有效配合，推动销售目标达成； 6、熟练使用办公软件（如Word、Excel、PPT等），具备基本的数据分析能力； 7、对酒店行业有热情，愿意长期从事销售工作，有希尔顿或其他国际品牌酒店经验者优先。

岗位职责 1、确保所有的维修和预防维修计划都在该班内按时执行。 2、接受，分配并且跟进所有的工作单核维修单。 3、精通机械维修，空调维修 4、故障查找，操作，修理并且保养,确保区域内所有设备的清洁和正常工作。。 5、在保证安全运行和营业格调的前提下，力图节省能耗，注重环境保护的新概念。 6、督导重要维修及增改工程施工，控制质量与进度。 7、协助外施工单位在本酒店的施工，保证工程质量。 岗位要求 1、2年以上同岗位工作经验。 2、必须掌握机电工程设备的基础知识。 3、能充分领会工上级的经营意识，能组织和指挥本岗位工作计划的实施，确保工程部的正常运转。 4、有强烈的事业心与责任心和配合精神，秉公办事，不谋私利。 5、身体健康，精力充沛。

1、负责督导本部下属员工，维持日常工作的顺利运作转； 2、保持本区域的卫生清洁，督导检查清洁工的工作； 3、负责向厨房，餐厅，酒吧提供所需用品和设备，筹划和配备宴会等活动的餐具，物品； 4、根据使用量配发各种洗涤剂和其他化学用品。 5、协调管事部主管进行各种设备，餐具的盘点工作。 6、监督本区域员工按规定的程序和要求工作，保证餐具的完整，降低破损，保证卫生质量，做好员工考勤。 7、与厨房，餐厅保持良好的关系，加强沟通。 8、熟悉各种餐具用具的品牌、产地、特性及价格，懂得餐具用具的分类和保管方法； 9、熟悉各种洗涤剂和清洁剂的使用方法，熟悉熟悉常用的餐具洗涤设备及操作方法，了解它们的维修保养放放； 10、有较强的责任心，工作认真踏实。
