    Key Responsibilities: 1. Strategy Planning and Execution: Collaborate with the group marketing team to localize product content, such as promotional materials, brochure, and user guides, ensuring alignment with local market needs and cultural context. Implement regional marketing and communication activities (Marcom) in China, ensuring the timely development of promotional materials (e.g., brochures, gifts, localized content). Ensure the successful execution of events, such as Hospitality Group IT/GM Conferences in China. 2. Content Creation and Optimization: Create engaging content, including copywriting, images, and videos, based on hotel clients’ characteristics and product usage habits to enhance user experience. Manage and maintain social media platforms (e.g., WeChat Official Account, video channels) by publishing high-quality content to increase brand influence and exposure. 3. Data Analysis and Reporting: -Collect and analyze industry and competitor information as needed, providing data support and suggesting optimization strategies. 4. Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to ensure all content aligns with the brand’s tone, market positioning, and aesthetic standards. Qualifications: 1. Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in marketing, advertising, or media-related fields; overseas education experience is a plus. 2. Strong skills in copywriting and content creation, with a good understanding of social media operations. 3. Proficiency in data analysis, with the ability to translate market insights into actionable strategies. 4. Excellent communication and teamwork skills, strong market sensitivity and insight, as well as solid capabilities in market promotion and development.
