工作内容:
A. 拜访有业务潜力的客户,发掘新客户;
B. 不断向同行收集市场信息等资料,与上级协商后作出相应的措施;
C. 向客人提供公寓发展的最新信息,对于客户所提出的需求给予适当的回复;
D. 跟进贵宾/商务会议团等入住公寓期间的工作,做好公寓重要客户的接待工作;
E. 协调与各部门的工作关系,为客户提供贴心的服务;
F. 每日总结上交销售拜访报告,建立客户和其它有关数据的资料库;
G. 维护公寓的利益,严格遵守销售和运作规程;
H. 协助处理日常工作,完成上级安排的其它工作。
岗位要求:
A. 本科以上学历,年龄23-30岁,1-2年以上住宅行业销售经验;
B. 热情正直,形象良好,端庄大方;
C. 熟练使用办公软件,具有强烈的事业心,能承受一定的工作压力;
D. 具备优秀的销售能力和良好的沟通协调能力。

协助培训经理在酒店实施培训活动以支持酒店的经营目标及持续的管理目标。协调酒店一般培训,部门培训,语言培训和电脑培训。保留并更新培训数据和资料。做培训并协助其他员工进行培训。
PURPOSE OF THE ROLE:
Assist Training Manager to implement the training function to support corporation’s business objectives and management continuity goals. Co-ordinate hotel generic training, departmental training, language training and computer training. Keep and track training data. Present training and assist other hosts with conducting training.

Ensure all the guests receive a personalized, friendly and efficient check-in and check-out, assisting with guest with queries and handling guest opportunities to achieve guest satisfaction.
