· Ensures that the workplace remains clean and the safety of consumablegoods by always respecting HACCP regulations.

1. Prepare kitchen equipment for use.
准备厨房设备以供使用。
2. Assemble and prepare ingredients for menu items.
组装和准备菜单上的食材。
5. Prepare food for service.
为服务准备食物。
6. Maintain storage areas.
维护存储区域。
7. Clean kitchen and equipment.
清洁厨房与设备。
8. Handle waste and linen.
处理剩余食材清洗抹布。
9. Maintain a hygienic kitchen and high standards of personal hygiene.

10. Attend all briefings.

Delivers and picks up guest luggage as assigned by Team Leader.

Stores luggage according to standards.

Opens and closes car doors for guests whenever the opportunity arises.

Assists all guests with luggage storage, ensuring the proper handling, storage, security and procedures are followed.

Hails taxi/ cabs and answers inquiries.
为客人呼叫出租车并解答问询。
Reports complaints or problems to Team Leader/ Chief Concierge if no immediate solution can be found.
遇到问题或投诉,如果找不到立即解决的方法,要向礼宾部的领班/礼宾司汇报。
Provides courteous and professional service at all times.

Job Knowledge / Skill:
1.大专以上文化程度,懂得英语。
College degree or above, understand English.
2.性格开朗、头脑灵活、工作踏实,具有较强的服务意识、推销意识和责任感。
Cheerful personality, flexible mind, practical work, with a strong sense of service, sales awareness and responsibility.
3.通晓酒店各项对客政策、设施设备及服务种类以及工作程度和规范。
Familiar with the hotel's guest policies, facilities, equipment and service types, as well as work levels and norms.
