1.遵守客户服务的会议宴会标准。

2.严格遵守财务部发布的与出纳和现金处理相关的所有政策和程序。
Strictlyadheres to all policies and procedures issued by Finance with regards to cashiering and cash handling.
3.运营中展现很高的热情确保整个宴会部门的正常有序运营;确保每个服务人员都能在客人需要时第一时间提供服务。
Onewill show a high level of enthusiasm to ensure the smoothness of operation –overlooking of the restaurants should be thorough; ensure the members ofservice team are always reachable for the customers during operation.
4.培训及运营需要的时候为团队成员提供实际服务的榜样。
Be the rolemodel to carry out hands- on service when it is needed during operation andtraining activities.
【岗位要求】
1.大专及以上学历,2年或以上酒店相关岗位工作经历。
College degree or above, with 2 years or more of work experience in hotel-related positions.
2.具有良好的服务导向。
Possess excellent service orientation.
3.具有较好的团队协作精神。
Demonstrate strong team collaboration spirit.

Ensures that minimum brand standardshave been implemented.
2.对菜单上的所有菜品和饮料有全面的知识和理解,并能推荐菜品和饮料的搭配及促销。
Have a thorough knowledge andunderstanding of all food and beverage items in the menu and the ability torecommend Food and Beverage combinations and upsell alternatives.
3.协助监督对所有运营设备和营业用品的月度盘点。
Assists with conducting monthlyinventory checks on all operating equipment and supplies.
4.运营期间百分之百关注客人及员工并提供真诚舒适的服务及在培训中发挥积极的作用
Onemust ensure to 100% focus on customers and associates during operation andprovide authentic and suitable levels of service and take active role intraining.
【岗位要求】
1. 1-2年酒店中餐厅相关工作经验。
1-2 years experiences in similar capacity in luxury hotel in Chinese restaurant.
2.熟悉中餐餐饮知识,了解并熟悉餐厅特色菜品。
Familiar with the knowledge of Chinese food and beverage, understand and be familiar with the specialty dishes of the restaurant.
High school diploma or equivalent in work-related training and experience.
Basic computer skills desirable.
Two to four years work experience as Team Leader in an outlet or Stewarding Department.
Preferable prerequisite knowledge in the Hotel, Restaurant or Travel industry.
Prepares cooks and bakes food in designated areas of the kitchen as per the standards for the guests and associates by following instructions.
Works in a Hygienic, safe, efficient and productive manner at all times.
Familiarizes himself with menu and ingredient knowledge.
