To supervise the other guest service and the Front Desk attendants. To ensure that they are adhering to all hotel policies, procedures and standards while striving towards total guest satisfaction. To ensure that the above-mentioned areas are working in a professional manner at all times. Responsible for hiring, training and development of all concierge-related associates, so they are hospitable, outgoing and guest oriented.

Iron and fold housekeeping and F&B’s linen.主要负责客房布草, 餐饮布草的熨烫和折叠。
Follow strictly all Hotel, Laundry and Housekeeping Department policies and procedures to be able to perform duties and responsibilities efficiently and effectively.

任职资格:
1.Knowledge in the identification and classification of different types of fabrics and clothing materials.
能够区分不同衣物的面料。
2.Knowledge of washing and pre-drying of all flatwork items.
能够洗涤和烘干所有平烫物品。
3.Knowledge of washing, drying and folding of towels and other types of linen.
能够洗涤、烘干和折叠毛巾及其他不同种类的布草。
