岗位职责/职位描述 1、负责酒店项目的销售工作，主要拓展及客户开发，完成酒店及个人业绩指标。 2、主要负责上海、北京、广东、成都等发达地区的旅行社、及PCO拓展开发工作。并根据外部环境可能对酒店销售产生的因素，制定不同的销售策略和方案。 3、树立良好的品牌形象，利用整合的品牌资源，提升品牌力及影响力，促进销售任务的顺利完成。 4、根据酒店的运营目标，扩大公司的信息渠道，扩大项目在市场的占有率。积极通过各种渠道收集整理项目信息，安排项目信息整理，跟踪项目、客户回访，挖掘潜在客户资源。   岗位要求 1、30岁以上，至少3年以上品牌酒店销售经验、担任高端度假酒店项目销售经理级以上职务，掌握大量旅行社或会务等市场客户资源以及具备相关工作经历。 2、对酒店及文旅行业领域的发展有深刻的理解；具有敏感的商业和市场意识，分析问题及解决问题能力强，具有优秀的资源整合能力、业务推进和销售能力。

岗位职责 1、协助市场销售副总监负责酒店会议，展会等的推销等工作； 2、制定会务销售的市场推销计划、并完善会务销售部工作程序和标准，制定会务销售部规章制度并指挥实施； 3、参加酒店管理人员会议、完成上传下达工作； 4、安排布置并督导下属人员的正常工作； 5、建立改善宴会日记、客户合同存档、宴会订单和预报单的存档记录，使之成为有效的工作程序和管理手段 6、定期对下属进行绩效评估，按奖惩制度实施奖惩，并加强对员工的培训工作、提高员工素质。 岗位要求 1、大专以上学历，从事相关工作3年以上或同等职位2年以上经验； 2、具有酒店会议销售岗位工作经验，能结合行业特点开展整体市场营销工作，有一定的客户积累，团队合作精神； 3、对大型会务的组织及执行有丰富的经验； 4、具有较强的管理能力、判断和决策能力、人际沟通协调能力、计划与执行能力；5、熟悉北京市场，自身带有一定客户资源优先； 6、有强烈的事业心，责任感和勇于开拓的精神
