【Job Responsibility 岗位职责】
1. Be fully responsible for the daily operation and management of the resort's restaurants, bars and banquets, including the implementation of operation and service standards
2. Formulate and optimize the catering service process and management system to ensure that the service quality meets the international brand standards of Club Med
3. Supervise food hygiene and safety as well as cost control, regularly analyze business data and propose improvement plans
4. Be responsible for the construction of the catering team, including staff training, shift scheduling management and performance assessment
5. Plan and implement distinctive dining activities and seasonal menu updates to enhance guests' dining experience
6. Coordinate collaboration with departments such as the kitchen, purchasing, and finance to ensure efficient and smooth operation
7. Handle guest complaints and emergencies, and maintain the brand image of the resort

【Job Requirements 岗位要求】
1. Have more than 3 years of experience in catering management in high-end hotels or resorts. Those with working experience in international chain brands are preferred
2. Proficient in the full-process management of catering operations and familiar with the HACCP food safety management system
3. Excellent team leadership skills, capable of effectively motivating teams with cross-cultural backgrounds
4. Possess acute market insight and have successful experience in planning catering promotion activities
5. Excellent communication and coordination skills as well as crisis management abilities are required. Those with fluent oral English are preferred
6. Be able to adapt to flexible working hours, including on-duty on weekends and holidays
