Create and maintain a hotel culture that provides the environmentrequired to meet the visions.

Establish,maintain and ensure adherence to all finance related policies and procedures.

Work closelywith the Director of Human Resources in implementing, achieving and maintainingthe hotel’s goals and objectives.

Experience with Marriott Group is preferred.
