Clean table throughout dining experience using proper methods for removing dishes, glassware and silverware, processes customer restaurant bills promptly and accurately. 为客人点单并确认菜单信息，制作咖啡，加水。清理桌面的餐盘、杯子和银器，快速和准确的为客人结账。 Clean tables, chairs and floor. Reset table quickly, polish silverware and fold linen. 清洁桌椅和地面，快速恢复台面，抛光餐具和折叠布草。 Acquire a working knowledge of hotel, in-house facilities and local information to respond to customer’s questions in these areas. Ensure that all the operations operate successfully, in accordance with the standard of the hotel and are individually profitable. 最好拥有酒店或旅游管理的本科或专科学历；至少两年担任运营总监的工作经验；必须具有良好的经营、行政管理和人际交往能力。 Ideally with a university degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management. Minimum 2 years work experience as Director of Operations. Good operational, administrative and interpersonal skills are a must.
