岗位职责 1.服从上级的工作安排； 2.按照行李服务流程和要求，为抵离客人提供行李搬运服务，并将每次运送情况做好记录； 3.按照服务流程迎送客人，提供拉门服务； 4.维护出入车辆秩序，保证上下客车位和车道畅通； 5.准确回答客人的询问，主动做好服务工作； 6.熟悉酒店各种服务项目和营业时间，向客人推销酒店的各项服务， 介绍酒店客房设施。了解本市交通、商业、旅游等方面资料； 7.为客人指路，认真回答客人的询问，尽量满足客人的需求； 岗位要求 1.大专以上学历，具有1年以上从事前厅服务工作经历； 2.工作认真、作风细致、吃苦耐劳、反应灵活； 3.能进行英语日常会话，开展对客服务。
