职​位​描​述​ ​岗​位​职​责​ ​1​、​负​责​酒​店​的​水​、​电​、​汽​、​空​调​、​电​梯​、​装​饰​、​装​潢​、​厨​房​、​P​A​设​备​等​机​电​设​备​的​日​常​维​修​保​养​和​计​划​性​维​修​保​养​工​作​。​ ​2、​按​工​作​程​序​，​保​证​维​修​单​、​工​作​指​令​单​上​规​定​的​工​作​尽​快​地​完​成​。​ ​3、​酒​店​各​区​域​的​家​具​、​木​制​固​定​设​施​的​维​修​、​维​护​。​ ​4、​天​花​、​玻​璃​、​镜​具​、​标​志​牌​的​维​护​保​养​。​ ​5、​各​种​沙​发​、​椅​子​、​柜​台​、​墙​面​包​布​的​维​修​和​更​换​。​ ​6、​家​具​油​漆​（​含​新​制​家​具​）​及​装​修​板​面​的​油​漆​。​ ​7、​机​电​设​备​及​其​水​管​、​蒸​气​管​、​通​风​管​的​油​漆​。​ ​8、​各​种​砌​筑​工​程​、​地​面​贴​面​修​补​、​墙​面​刷​白​、​天​花​批​灰​、​刷​白​、​屋​面​墙​面​补​漏​。 ​9、​保​证​客​房​和​厨​房​、​公​共​区​域​、​水​、​电​、​空​调​的​正​常​供​应​。​ ​10、​保​证​厨​房​设​备​的​正​常​运​行​，​发​现​故​障​及​时​维​修​。​ ​11、​客​房​卫​生​洁​具​及​设​备​需​要​维​修​时​，​应​及​时​维​修​的​同​时​做​好​对​客​服​务​准​则​。​ ​12、​负​责​酒​店​所​有​门​锁​、​窗​锁​、​门​地​弹​簧​抽​屉​锁​的​更​换​修​理​。​​ ​1​3​、​完​成​上​级​交​办​的​其​它​工​作​事​项​。​ ​1​4、​设​备​发​生​故​障​后​服​从​经​理​及​主​管​领​班​的​调​动​，​上​级​不​在​时​服​从​中​控​室​的​调​动​，​积​极​进​行​抢​修​，​紧​急​故​障​未​处​理​完​毕​。​ ​空​调​工​：​保​证​酒​店​空​调​设​备​正​常​运​行​,​ ​尽​可​能​降​低​能​源​消​耗​,​ ​降​低​运​行​成​本​,​做​好​各​种​设​备​的​年​度​,​季​度​,​月​度​的​保​养​与​维​修​。​ ​弱​电​工​：​负​责​酒​店​音​响​设​备​的​维​修​保​养​，​并​包​括​背​景​音​乐​,​ ​监​控​，​卫​星​电​视​,​ ​电​话​，​消​防​报​警​系​统​，​确​保​高​质​量​的​保​养​和​操​作​以​满​足​客​人​的​需​求​。​ ​强​电​工​：​配​电​值​班​保​证​酒​店​电​力​正​常​供​给​.​ ​维​护​酒​店​所​有​电​气​设​备​和​设​施​的​正​常​运​行​。​ ​装​修​工​：​有​效​地​管​理​酒​店​的​建​筑​，​室​内​外​地​面​和​设​施​的​维​护​保​养​，​确​保​所​有​饰​面​处​于​良​好​状​态​。​ ​锅​炉​工​：​负​责​锅​炉​及​相​关​设​备​的​运​转​和​维​修​保​养​。​ ​木​工​：​负​责​酒​店​内​的​所​有​木​制​物​品​的​维​修​保​养​。​帮​助​制​作​宴​会​或​会​议​所​需​的​物​品​以​及​其​他​部​门​的​要​求​。​ ​油​漆​工​：​负​责​酒​店​所​有​油​漆​工​作​，​维​保​酒​店​油​漆​装​饰​，​使​酒​店​呈​现​出​“​崭​新​”​的​状​态​。​ ​确​保​所​有​表​面​处​于​完​美​状​态​中​，​如​有​需​要​，​在​新​工​作​、​改​造​、​变​更​和​装​饰​工​作​中​予​以​协​助​。​ ​ ​ ​任​职​资​格​：​ ​1​、​身​体​健​康​，
