    Job responsibilities: Assist Line Manager to design Operating Model for the Public Stand and the Public Garden. Prepare and present pre-opening process presentations for Public Venue that covering customer journey, customer flow, and customer experience. Qualification: A strong blend of technical and domain knowledge is required for this role. Thinking and applying first principles is critical. As such a strong academic background is required. A minimum of 8 years in managerial experience in hospitality operations and retail business. Sound knowledge of facility management. Knowledge in IT hospitality systems (e.g. stock management systems, etc.). Sound knowledge of hotel or theme park (theme park is preferable) organisation and operational workflow, with capabilities for reviewing architectural drawings during project planning and pre-opening phase and to provide valuable input to optimize back and front of house planning.     主要职责: 1.监督并指导销售部、前厅部、客房部、餐饮部等运营部门的日常工作,确保服务流程和标准得到严格执行。 2.监控每日销售及营收情况,参与销售及收益管理策略的讨论与实施,优化客房定价和出租率。 3.协助总经理控制运营成本,管理部门预算,实现既定的财务目标(如GOP)。 4.每日巡查酒店公共区域、客房、餐厅及后台区域,确保环境、设施、卫生及安全符合品牌标准和要求。 5.分析宾客反馈(如OTA评论、满意度调查),制定并实施服务提升计划。 6.培养全员“待客之道,匠心之致”的服务文化,激励团队为客人创造难忘的入住体验。 7.处理日常运营中的突发事件和客人重大投诉,提供及时、有效的解决方案,并跟进后续改进措施。 8.主导或参与各部门的培训工作,提升员工的专业技能和服务意识。 9.营造积极、协作、高效的工作氛围,提升团队凝聚力和战斗力。 10.确保酒店严格遵守所有健康、安全、消防及卫生方面的法律法规及集团政策。 任职资格: 1.大专及以上学历,酒店管理、旅游管理或相关专业优先。 2.至少5年以上国际连锁品牌酒店管理经验,其中3年以上担任房务总监、销售总监、运营总监或同等高级管理职位经验。 3.具备优秀的普通话表达能力,流利的英语听说读写能力。 4.对市场动态和财务数据敏感,具备出色的分析问题和决策能力。
