CANDIDATE PROFILE Education and Experience Requirement · At least 2-year degree from college in Business Administration, Marketing, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major; 4 years experience in the sales and marketing or related professional area.     工作职责: • 协助总经理完成酒店所有与收入及市场销售相关的工作并完成总经理安排的相关工作。 • 全面负责对销售部,宴会销售部,收益管理与预订部,及市场传讯部的管理工作。 • 带领酒店商务团队完成相关关键指标,包括但不限于管理酒店的持续盈利能力,确保酒店的收益和利润,宾客满意度达标甚至超过标准要求。 • 制定酒店年度/季度/月度预算预测与工作计划,并有效的予以实施。 • 参与开拓和实施酒店和部门的政策规定。 • 制定开拓市场销售战略和促销计划,实时根据市场情况进行调整。 • 督导和推动市场销售计划的进展和实施。 • 为商务发展部设定清晰的工作目标,实施员工个人技能的发展,业绩的复核训导和培训。 • 监督和评估当前发起的市场销售活动以及市场动态。 • 管理部门内部的运作,保证部门固定资产及运营物品得到良好维护。 • 定期进行市场调查,掌握竞争对手信息。 • 为酒店设立价格策略和销售目标。 • 管理特别项目及其他相关的生意。 • 确保高效利用部门资源。 • 管理部门内部人力资源,包括选择招聘人员,培训部门员工,团队建设,员工表现评估等。 • 确保部门员工明确所赋予的职责。 • 在部门或酒店的利益受到危害时,立即采取纠正错误的措施。 • 管理客户关系及服务,包括客户需求、产品服务知识,销售的有效性交流技巧及客户反馈信息。 • 管理部门开支和预算。 • 准备部门每月相关开支的预测,并在规定日期上交给酒店。 • 按照酒店政策控制部门成本,避免浪费。 • 确保所有与系统相关的收益数据都保持精确性并完全遵照希尔顿国际标准。 • 确保部门文件,及相关资料的存档。 • 保持与集团内各营业部门的沟通,限度拓展销售机会。 • 在海内外社会各有关行业推广酒店。 • 积极参与希尔顿集团发起的销售活动。 • 针对目标市场组织促销差旅。 • 在海内外目标市场,保持良好的关系和沟通。 • 根据酒店、行业和公司的指引,回应需求、进行调整,执行任何合理的任务及额外职责。 • 坚持酒店安全制度、紧急情况处理规定和程序。 • 确保员工充分的理解并遵守员工手册内容。 • 如有必要 ,该部门有权更改或补充该职位描述。 • 完成任何其他合理的职责和被指派的职责。 • 以上内容属于该员工在试用期内的录用条件。 任职资格: • 大学本科。 • 具有至少五年在国际连锁酒店的相关管理经验。 • 良好的中英文读写能力。 • 具备制订和执行营业预算及经营计划的能力。 • 具备高效地推广和将品牌定位在理想的水平的能力。 • 具备管理销售部的能力。 • 具备协助总经理和管理层达到酒店总体经营目标的能力。 • 掌握政治,经济和社会方面的知识及市场趋势。 • 具有良好的沟通技巧,良好组织及展示技巧。 • 具有领导,指导和发展员工的能力。 • 具备处理危机的知识和能力。 • 深刻理解北京本地的商务、旅游及会务客源市场,能有效制定本地化策略。 • 熟悉机场酒店的独特运营模式与服务特点。
