岗位职责/职位描述 1、负责蒸菜成品的烹制。 2、熬制厨房所用的各种汤汁、老火汤和炖品。 3、保持蒸箱、冰柜的清洁和所管辖区域的环境卫生。 4、职高及以上学历，五官端正，有二年以上酒店或知名餐馆工作经验， 具有一定的烹饪基础知识基本素质和技能； 5、热爱本职工作，工作勤恳，认真负责，具有一定的团队协作精神。

工作职责： 1. 负责预订部的日常管理工作，确保预订流程的顺畅运行，提高客户预订体验。 2. 监督并指导预订部员工的工作，包括预订系统的操作、客户咨询的解答以及预订信息的准确录入。 3. 制定并优化预订部的工作流程和操作规范，提升工作效率和服务质量。 4. 负责处理预订部的紧急情况和客户投诉，及时协调资源解决问题，维护公司形象。 5. 定期分析预订数据，为管理层提供决策支持，如预订趋势分析、客户满意度调查等。 6. 与其他部门保持紧密沟通，确保预订信息与其他业务环节的无缝对接。 任职资格： 1. 大专及以上学历，酒店管理、旅游管理或相关专业优先。 2. 具备3年以上预订部或相关领域的工作经验，熟悉预订流程和系统操作。 3. 具备良好的沟通能力和团队协作精神，能够处理多任务并保持高效工作。 4. 具备较强的数据分析能力和问题解决能力，能够根据数据调整工作策略。 5. 熟练使用办公软件和预订管理系统，具备基本的计算机操作技能。 6. 工作认真负责，具备较强的服务意识和客户导向思维。

【岗位职责】 1.  对所有关于万豪国际集团，包括与总经理办公室和酒店内部的事宜严格保密。 2.  为总经理提供全面的私人助理，翻译和秘书支持，包括准备文书，接听电话和安排预约。 3.  与部门经理和同事保持联络，跟进总经理相关要求。 4.  与行政委员会成员联系，确保总部事宜及业主代表事宜的跟进， 5.  每月在规定时间内确保管理报告的跟进。 【岗位要求】 1、大专以上学历，文秘、法律及相关专业。 2、两年以上同等职位工作经验。 3、良好个人品质和职业道德，严格遵守有关法律、法规和规章。 4、良好的沟通技巧，较强的语言表达能力和灵活的处事能力。 5、良好的沟通、组织、协调能力，能独立协调对内对外各种关系。
