岗位职责 1、负责水暖空调的工作，生活热水的供应。 2、严格按工作程序，保证维修单指定的工作及时、准确地完成。 3、负责酒店水暖空调系统、给排水系统管道、阀门及其辅件的维修保养。 4、保管好工程各设备机房钥匙，代用钥匙做好登记。 5、每日检查楼宇自控系统运行情况，按要求及时调整灯光的开关时间。 6、中控室晚班值班人员负责对紧急维修进行处理。 7、每日对酒店的水、电、煤气等能耗情况做好统计。 岗位要求 1、高中以上文化程度；2年以上同岗位工作经验。 2、熟悉掌握酒店对客服务的要求，以及水暖空调系统、给排水系统和辅件的基础知识。 3、掌握水暖空调系统及设备、一般水力机械、各种阀门等的结构和功用，并具有较强的实际操作能力。 4、有强烈的事业心和责任感，行为举止文明礼貌。 5、身体健康，精力充沛。

岗位要求： 1. 两年以上同星级酒店楼层工作管理经验 2. 擅于语言表达、善于沟通、协调能力好、责任心强 3. 会基本电脑操作、有良好的客房技能知识 工作职责： 1. 参加、实施员工培训并负责下属人员的工作指导，确保本楼层所有下属人员都具备所需的专业知识、工作技能、推销技巧以及良好的服务、工作态度和合作精神。 2. 认真遵守、严格执行酒店和部门的各项规章制度、工作程序和标准。检查下属出勤状况、仪容仪表、行为规范、服务、工作态度、合作精神以及工作效率和质量。 3. 检查所管辖的公区区域及所有房间，确保客房的卫生质量、客用品、棉织品的摆放应符合标准；各种电器设备工作正常并按要求填写工作报表。 4. 控制客用品、清洁用品的领取、发放、做好成本控制。做好与其它部门的沟通、配合工作。 5. 做好各种机器设备、用具、用品以及客房内所有设施的管理和维护。当班结束时，做好交接班工作。 6. 按照上级要求做好固定资产盘点和每月盘点工作。 7. 定期对下属进行绩效评估，并向楼层助理提出合理建议。

【岗位职责】 1、支持市场传讯总监制作酒店宣传资料。 2、负责设计促销的菜单、海报和其他类型线下及线上的所有宣传材料。 3、根据促销及运营需求，协同其他部门制作相关推广。 4、完成市场传讯总监交待的其他相关工作。 【岗位要求】 1、大专以上文化程度；美术/广告设计专业应届毕业生优先。 2、至少1年相关设计工作经验，有酒店工作经验优先。 3、具有高品质的设计及审美能力，以及良好的沟通能力。

【工作职责】 1、穿着好工装，提前到岗参加主管所召开的班组前班后会。 2、注意聆听和接受当班主管所分配的各种工作任务，复盘上班次的工作。 3、相关设备和清洁药水正确操作、性能及使用方法，注意操作规范，确保人身安全和设施设备安全，严禁在有故障时违规操作。 4、按“轻重缓急”的原则，有顺序的落实大堂维护和计划性保养，严格按照程序对酒店公共区域的硬质地面、保养、晶面处理等工作。 5、负责楼层及客房区域地毯的巡视检查清洗工作，计划性全面清洗，平日巡查局部污渍并及时处理。 6、负责清洁保养酒店营业区域的沙发、椅子、床垫等布制品清洁。 7、服从安排，需顶替PA员相关工作。 8、及进发现和解决各种问题和故障，保证工作区域的正常运转。 9、负责机器设备的保养与报修，及时处理设备故障，确保其正常运作。 10、严格遵守公司规章制度和相关规定，保证工作质量和标准。   【任职条件】 1、身体健康，五官端正。 2、吃苦耐劳，服务意识强，能独立完成客房清洁工作。 3、良好的品德及较强的工作责任感。 4、良好的团队合作精神。
