BASIC FUNCTION 基础职能
Responsible forthe immediate supervision and for co-coordinating the activities of personnelresponsible for guest, house laundry and dry-cleaning. Helps in the generalsupervision of work in the department and takes charge of the department andits operations in the absence of Assistant Departmental Head and DepartmentalHead.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 工作职责
1. Supervises and co-ordinates theactivities of personnel responsible for and engaged in the processing of guestand house laundry items.
监督和协调员工负责的工作及物品的洗涤进程
2. Reports to Laundry Managermajor problems and discrepancies in count, defects, or stains in items prior tolaundry and dry-cleaning.
向洗衣房经理汇报主要问题和数目的差异,报损或在洗涤过程中出现的暇疵
3. Ensures that guest and houselaundry items are properly sorted for washing and drying, cleaned and packedaccordingly; examines them for tears, stains and missing accessories due toprocessing; ensures that these are remedied or replaced.
确保客人及酒店物品的正确洗涤,清洗和包装一致,确保正确性
4. Ensures cleanliness, properhandling and maintenance of work area and equipment.
确保工作区域和机器设备的清洁和正确使用及保养
5. Maintains daily checklist ofthings to be done for each items processed, submit same to Laundry Manager atthe end of work day.
保留每天在工作中使用物品的检查清单,建议洗衣房经理每天结束工作前也做此工作.
6. Shifts personnel from one jobto another as necessary and with approval of superior.
必要的换班要经过上级的同意.
7. Performs duties common to allsupervisors and other duties as may be assigned.
履行所有主管共同的责任以及其它被安排的特殊任务.
JOB SPECIFICATION 职位要求
1. At least 2 yearcollege education
至少2年大学教育
2. Minimum 2 years’ experience inlaundry operations
最少有洗衣房工作经验2年
3. Familiar with overall laundry operations,including handling of equipment

Conduct daily safety patrols in the hotel swimming pool area to ensure guest safety during swimming.
负责酒店泳池区域的日常安全巡视,确保宾客游泳安全;
Respond promptly to pool emergencies and implement first-aid measures.
及时处理泳池突发事故,实施紧急救援措施;
Maintain pool order, discourage dangerous behaviors, and enforce usage regulations.

Regularly inspect lifesaving equipment and first-aid supplies to ensure functionality and availability.
定期检查救生设备及急救药品,确保其完好可用;
Assist in cleaning and sanitizing the pool area to maintain a tidy environment.

Document daily operations and promptly report potential hazards or abnormalities.

Participate in safety training and emergency drills organized by the hotel to enhance professional skills.

Oversee daily operations of the hotel switchboard department, ensuring efficient and professional handling of calls, transfers, and message services.
负责酒店总机部门的日常运营管理,确保电话接听、转接及留言服务高效、专业;
Supervise and guide switchboard staff performance, provide necessary training and coaching to enhance team service quality.
监督并指导总机员工的工作表现,提供必要的培训和指导,提升团队服务水平;
Develop and refine switchboard service standards and procedures to align with hotel brand requirements.
制定和完善总机服务标准及流程,确保符合酒店品牌要求;
Address guest complaints and special requests, coordinate with relevant departments to resolve issues and improve satisfaction.
处理客户投诉及特殊需求,协调相关部门解决问题,提升客户满意度;
Manage maintenance and operation of switchboard equipment to ensure seamless communication systems.
负责总机设备的维护与管理,确保通讯系统正常运行;
Compile and analyze switchboard service data regularly, propose improvements and implement optimization measures.
定期汇总和分析总机服务数据,提出改进建议并落实优化措施;
Assist the Front Office Department with related tasks to ensure seamless hotel-wide service delivery.
协助前厅部完成其他相关工作,确保酒店整体服务流畅。
Job Duties (including but not limited to) 主要工作职责(包括但不限于以下内容):
Tocoordinate and input reservations from all market segments received, mainly forFIT (Individual Travelers) and Group rooming lists. To maximize revenueby utilizing appropriate rates and packages and to up-sell the hotelRestaurants & Bars, Spa and Transportation in order to increase revenue forthe hotel.
整合并录入所有细分市场的预定,主要包括散客(单独的旅行者)和团队住宿名单。合理利用房价和销售组合提高酒店收益;推销酒店餐厅、酒吧、水疗中心和交通设备以确保提高酒店收益。
Requirements 任职资格:
1. University Bachelor’s Degree and above.
大学本科及以上学历。
2. Excellent written and spoken Mandarin & English is a must.
优秀的中英文书写和口语能力。
3. Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint etc. admin software.
熟练使用Excel, Word,PowerPoint等行政管理软件。
4. Good interpersonal & communication skills.
良好的人际交往和沟通能力。
5. Ability to work independently and as a team.
独立工作和团队合作的能力。
6. Pro-active, can fit in the fast speed working atmosphere.

Experience 经验要求:
Experience in a reservation is preferred.
有预订部经验为佳。
Job Duties (including but not limited to) 主要工作职责(包括但不限于以下内容):
Clean the rooms to ensure the standards specified by the hotel.Responsible for reporting any repair and maintenance related situations andguest requests and complaints to the supervisor. Ensure the confidentiality andsecurity of all hotel rooms.
