岗位职责： 1. 对客房经理负责，协助客房经理做好部门日常事务，保证本部门工作的正常进行。 2. 协助客房经理严格按质量标准检查房间的清洁卫生工作及对客服务质量，带领并督导本部门员工向宾客提供“让客人满意，使客人感动”优质服务。 3. 检查员工仪容仪表、精神状态、举止行为、操作程序规范及个性化服务的实施。 4. 负责客房员工的排班、考勤、和班次调换工作。 5. 做好VIP 和熟客房的卫生及服务的检查工作。 6. 安排并落实客房各项计划卫生工作及其它大型清洁工作。 7. 定期召集各级员工会议，对卫生、服务和设施设备方面存在的问题进行汇总、分析、并提出整改意见。 8. 协助客房经理做好部门的成本控制工作，提出改善工作的方法及措施。 9. 与前厅部保持良好沟通，协调相关事务，及时为宾客提供个性化的服务， 为提高客房出租率做好后备工作。 10. 抽查客衣的洗涤质量，并做好相关指导工作。 11. 协助客房经理做好部门培训的计划、组织、实施和考核工作。 12. 协助客房经理保证客房设施、设备的完好；与工程部保持良好关系，以确保维修工作得 以顺利进行。每三天列出一份未及时维修的项目清单交予客房部经理。 13. 每月协同仓管员及领班对楼层客用品、布草及楼层物品配备情况进行抽查和稽核。 14. 每日拜访住客，做好记录及服务的跟进工作（酒店可根据实际情况规定每日拜访客人的数量）。 15. 协助客房经理做好楼层评比工作，处理员工奖罚。 16. 及时稳妥地解决客人的投诉，对不能解决的投诉应立即上报楼层经理。各项投诉必须记录存档，作为培训案例。 17. 严格接受上级的培训，努力学习，确保完成培训任务，努力提高业务技能。 18. 完成领导交办的其它任务。

1.检查房间内小酒吧饮品的消耗情况，准确清点、开帐，并及时补充。 2.正确使用清洁设备和用具，保持工作间、工作车及各类用品的整齐、清洁。 3.对所辖区域内设施设备应及时准确地报修，并陪同工程维修人员进房维修，检查修复质量。 4.按标准和程序清洁当日安排的工作区域。 5.保持设施设备最佳清洁状态并按要求维修。 6.了解酒店产品知识以便能随时帮助客人

岗位职责 1.掌握当日客情及餐饮活动。 2.参与各项前台的工作。发现并上报工作中出现的问题。 3.掌握当天到店及离店的重要宾客，回头宾客。 4.在宾客到店之前准备好登记表、钥匙卡等以确保入住手续方便、快捷。 5.与住店宾客保持良好沟通以了解宾客之喜恶（喜好），协助宾客解决疑难事宜。 6.做好每日对住店宾客的电话拜访工作，搜集宾客意见并及时采取跟进措施与向上级反映。 7.在前台及大堂与商务楼层接待及迎送住离店的宾客。 8.协助入住商务楼层之宾客办理登记入住及离店手续。 岗位要求 1.大专以上学历，有同岗位工作经验3年以上，有良好英文沟通能力。 2.具有良好的服务意识，团队协作精神以及良好的沟通、协调和应变能力。 3.注重细节，工作有责任心，敢于承担责任，执行力较强。 4.有上进心和良好的学习能力和抗压能力。

岗位职责：销售管理（含客房销售和宴会销售） 任职要求： 1、学历：本科或以上 2、专业：酒店管理、英语、会展策划或营销管理专业 3、外语：具备简单的英语口语沟通能力 4、工作年限：具有3年以上高星级酒店工作经验，其中2年以上销售部工作经验 5、素质：有较强的决策能力、组织协调能力、人际沟通能力，良好的语言表达能力及书写能力 6、其他：悉酒店业务及当地市场特点。具有市场营销学、公共关系学等专业知识，有一定社会学、法律、财务等基本知识。

1.确保所有的服务和程序都遵照酒店标准执行。 2.监督和分析客人满意度，为客人提供超出期望值的服务。 3.有效处理投诉，及时进行跟进以确保客人对结果的满意度。 4.主持部门每日例会,周会等。 5.监管、审核考勤和班次安排及员工仪容仪表。 6.成本控制，确保减少破损。 7.与餐饮部经理就现有市场动态,沟通价格定位,优惠政策及菜单的设计， 8.完成部门员工的评估表格；分析培训需要和计划；定期回顾培训效果，结合工作展开针对性培训。 9.确保部门运营设备运转良好。 10.了解并完全遵循酒店安全标准和制度.如火灾的预防

岗位职责 1. 熟知当天订餐情况，注意记录宾客的特别活动，及时向主管汇报。 2. 迎接宾客，引导宾客到预订台位或宾客满意的台位。 3、注意听取宾客的意见，及时向上级反映。 4、随时注意在接待工作中的各种问题，及时向上级反映和协助处理。 5、掌握和运用礼貌语言，负责接听电话，宾客电话订餐应问清楚基本信息。 8.6、向客人介绍餐厅各式菜点、各种饮品和特式菜点。 岗位要求 1.有一定的日常对客沟通能力。 2.有熟练的服务技能技巧和一定的应变能力，能妥善处理服务中出现的一般性问题。 3.掌握餐厅服务规程。 4.工作主动、热情、认真，责任心较强。 5.身体健康，仪表端庄。
