1.
Assist in the preparation of
the yearly department budget by using history & forecasting techniques to
develop an aggressive budget that reflects the achievable capabilities.

2.
Assist in accurately
forecasting business demands to ensure efficient staffing & food
production.
协助精确预测商业需求确保员工安置及食品制作。
3.
Ensure the awareness &
enforcement of all Marriott \
Renaissance S.O.P.’s & Property L.S.O.P.’s.
确保了解并执行万豪的SOP和酒店的LSOP原则。
4.
Enforce operational
Standards that are periodically reviewed & updated.
确保运营标准的周期性回顾与更新。
5.
Be responsible for
maintaining outlet safety and sanitation standards at all times.
始终确保部门的安全和卫生标准。
6.
Enforce Marriott’s 49-point sanitation checklist
by having all outlets inspected on a monthly basis.
执行万豪的49条卫生标准,每月对部门进行检查。
7.
Be responsible for asset
management of all outlet property and facilities.
负责本部门的所有固定资产和流动资产。
8.
Conduct a preventative
maintenance inspection on a weekly basis.
做好每月预防性的维修检查。
9.
Enforce Marriott’s
Principles of Hospitality at all times.
始终贯彻万豪热情好客的原则。
10.
Above all, to lead by
example through a “hands on” approach to motivate our associates to excel.

HUMAN RESOURCES人力资源
1.
Assist in the development
and implementation of management training plans for subordinate managers and
supervisors on a quarterly basis in conjunction with HRD.
协助经理与人力资源部共同制定和实施对下级经理、主管的季度管理培训计划。
2. Conduct a departmental daily “15 Minute” training program & Taste Panel.”
实行部门每天十五分钟的培训和试餐。
3. Assist in the execution of all associate
performance reviews in a professional and timely manner.
从专业的角度为所有的员工做工作评估。
2.
Assist in all aspects of
associate management including hiring, discipline in conjunction with the
Restaurant Manager.
负责所有相关部门的管理包括酒水部经理雇佣和培训。
3.
Assist in conducting an
effective monthly associate meeting with minutes and P&A forwarded to the
GM, F & B and HRD.
组织有效的每月部门例会,作好会议记录并将记录抄送总经理、餐饮部和人力资源部。
4.
Be responsible for the
completion of the wage progress report on a weekly basis.
每周编辑工资(考勤)报表。
5.
Practice “open door” policy
to all associates.
运用“开放”的态度对待所有员工。
6. Have monthly Rap Session for the all trainees
and associates to understand their concerns to retain.
每月对所有员工和实习生进行一对一的访谈,了解他们的需要。
ADMINISTRATIVE 行政
1.
Prepare efficient schedules
for management and associates.
编定有效的部门排班表。
2.
Be responsible for all
accounting and billing procedures in the outlets.
负责所有财务的程序在本部门得到执行。
3.
Be responsible for the
accurate supervision of the associate time control and payroll systems by
working with Accounting and HRD.
通过与会计和人力资源部的工作,确保员工工作时间和薪水准确无误。
4.
Assist in planning outside
associates activity to promote teamwork.
协助计划员工社外集体活动以促进团对精神。
5.
Promote positive
inter-departmental relations through candid communication and cooperation.
通过坦率的交流与合作促进部门内部的关系。
6.
Respond to guest inquiries
or concerns within 24 hours in what is deemed the appropriate manner.
对于顾客的询问/关注,应在24小时内予以适当的答复。
7.
Perform any reasonable
request made of management which is not life threatening or against the law.
在不涉及生命安全和违反法律的情况下,完成管理层布置的其他工作任务。
8.
Assist
the completion of yearly Associate Opinion Survey and Annual Appraisal in a
timely manner.
及时协助完成每年的员工意见调查工作和年终评估工作。
MARKETING营销
1.
Be aware of all Marriott Guest Incentive
programs and the correct accounting procedures pertaining to them.
了解所有的万豪奖励计划和与之相关的记分程序.
2.
Assist in the development
& execution of marketing plans for the outlet.
协助制定营销计划并把他推向市场。
3.
Be aware of competitors in
the market & assist in a competition analysis on a quarterly basis.
了解竞争对手,每个季度作一次市场竞争分析报告。
Safety Awareness 安全提示:
Maintain safety by adhering to safest policies, being responsible to report
all accidents immediately. Support all safety programs. Proceed with caution
when walking on slippery floors.
Ensure proper safety instructions are given before operating any equipment.
要保障安全须严格遵守安全法规,与异常情况须及时上报。建立、支持所有的安全方案。行走在湿滑地面上要留意。在操作设备之前,确保已了解了安全说明
Any other duties as may be assigned from supervisor.
