Job Description :
Prepare food for guests andteam members efficiently, economically, and hygienically as per standardrecipes and procedures.
Supervise work operations.
Support the Sous Chef orthe Chef de Partie in ensuring smooth operation of the kitchen and promptservice at all times.
Plan, prepare and implementhigh quality food and beverage products and set-ups in the restaurant.
Work seamlessly with recipes,standards and plating guides.
Maintain cleanliness andhygiene according to safe and sound procedures as well as established FSMSstandards.

3.熟练的计算机能力并熟悉办公软件系统。
Excellent computer skills Microsoft office and related system.
4.大专以上学历
College degree above.
5.一年以上国际酒店工作经验。
Minimum of 1years’ experience。

Deliversand picks up guest luggage as assigned by Team Leader.
6.根据标准储存行李。
Storesluggage according to standards.
7.为客人提行李时,指引抵店客人到办理入住登记的地方。
Directsincoming guests to the check in area whilst offering to handle any luggage theguest happens to be carrying.
8.指引客人及来访者到任何酒店的设施。
Directsguests and visitors to any of the Hotel’s facilities.
9.快速将客人的行李送至房间。
Transportsguest’s luggage to their room in an efficient manner.
10.主动为上下车的客人开/关车门。
Opensand closes car doors for guests whenever the opportunity arises.
11.为离店及抵达的客人装、卸行李。
Loadsand unloads guest’s luggage for arriving and departing guests.
12.为客人呼叫出租车并解答问询。
Hailstaxi / cabs and answers inquiries.
