BASIC FUNCTION 基础职能
Responsible forthe immediate supervision and for co-coordinating the activities of personnelresponsible for guest, house laundry and dry-cleaning. Helps in the generalsupervision of work in the department and takes charge of the department andits operations in the absence of Assistant Departmental Head and DepartmentalHead.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 工作职责
1. Supervises and co-ordinates theactivities of personnel responsible for and engaged in the processing of guestand house laundry items.

2. Reports to Laundry Managermajor problems and discrepancies in count, defects, or stains in items prior tolaundry and dry-cleaning.

3. Ensures that guest and houselaundry items are properly sorted for washing and drying, cleaned and packedaccordingly; examines them for tears, stains and missing accessories due toprocessing; ensures that these are remedied or replaced.

4. Ensures cleanliness, properhandling and maintenance of work area and equipment.
