职责义务:
Duties & Responsibilities:
1.负责西厨部门的日常运营和管理,确保厨房工作的高效有序进行。
Responsible for the daily operation and management of the western kitchen department to ensure the efficient and orderly operation of the kitchen.
2.制定并优化西餐菜单,根据季节和市场需求调整菜品搭配,提升顾客满意度。
Developed and optimized Western food menus, adjusted dish combinations according to seasons and market demands, and improved customer satisfaction.
3.监控食材质量及成本控制,合理调配原材料使用,降低浪费率。
Monitor food quality and cost control, rationally allocate raw material use, and reduce waste rate.
4.定期组织厨师团队进行技能培训和新品研发,提高整体厨艺水平。
Regularly organize the chef team for skill training and new product research and development to improve the overall cooking level.
5.负责与前台部门沟通协调,确保餐品出品速度与服务质量相匹配。
Responsible for communication and coordination with the front desk department to ensure that the speed of food production matches the quality of service.
6.维护后厨整洁卫生环境,执行严格的食品安全标准规范操作要求。
Maintain a clean and hygienic environment in the kitchen, and implement strict food safety standards and operation requirements.
7.完成领导交办的其他相关工作任务。

专业知识技能:
Job Knowledge / Skill:
1.具有多年星级酒店西餐厅工作经验者优先考虑。
Years of working experience in western restaurants in star-rated hotels is preferred.
2.熟悉各类西式料理制作流程及口味特点,能够独立完成复杂菜品的烹饪工作。
Familiar with the production process and taste characteristics of various western dishes, able to independently complete the cooking work of complex dishes.

1. Coordinate monthlymarketing meeting and make records.

Experience:
经验:
Minimum2 years management experience in similar F&B operations in internationalhotels
至少两年国际酒店的相关餐饮管理经验.
1、Review payment documents submitted by various departments and process the corresponding expense accounting.根据P&P规定审核各个部门提交的付款及报销资料合规性与完整性,提交付款流程,并作相应的费用账务处理。
2、Monitor the progress of accounts payable and prepayments, and to analyse and manage the AP aging.系统应付模块管理,跟进供应商应付账款、预付账款的进度,跟踪发票,系统核销,每月应付资金安排计划,按PNP要求对应付账龄进行报表分析、管理。
3、Regularly manage cooperative suppliers and coordinate relationships between suppliers, clients, and various departments.对合作供应商进行定期管理及对账,在财务系统中维护供应商的必要信息,协调供应商付款、客户、各部门之间的关系。
4、Manage deposits.长租押金管理,维护财务系统押金付款凭证,与PMS核对一致,台账更新,确保长租合同押金的退还。
5、Review purchases, allocations, and damage reports from various departments.
对各部门的采购、调拨、存货及固定资产的报损进行审核,进行台账记录。
6、Manage contracts signed by various departments and follow up on stamp duty matters.
管理各部门签订的应付合同,做好台账登记,跟进相关部门合同续签及付款情况,跟进相关的印花税事宜。
7、Manage Value-added Tax Invoice and provide corresponding data.管理进项发票,每月进项发票认证抵扣,提供相应数据。
8、Verify whether the detailed accounts payable ledger and the general ledger are consistent at the end of the month and adjust any discrepancies.月末核对应付款明细账和总账是否一致并调整差异,应付模块月末结账。
9、Verify payment funds to ensure accuracy. Bank Account and Online Banking Management。
银行账户及网银管理,网银付款的录入,核对付款资金,确保无误,对接银行客户经理,处理包括但不限于对账及外币的结汇支付,银行利息及银行手续费发票等。
