Primary Responsibilities主要职责
·Receives and records reports from housekeeping sections regarding missing, defective or damaged equipment, prepares maintenance work orders and sends same to engineering department.
·Types or inputs to computer for all reports, memoranda and correspondence for Exec. Housekeeper and maintains file of same.
·Types or feeds into computer inventory reports of all Housekeeping supplies and equipment.
·Keep personal records of talents, attendance sheets, change forms, annual leave, sick leave accident report etc.
·Prepare purchase requisition for housekeeping and follow-up progress of purchase orders.
·接收和登记客房部内设备的丢失、缺少或破坏情况,准备好请修任务并送到工程部。
·将所有的工作报告、备忘录和信件输入电脑,并保存所有的文件。
·将客房部的供货和设备的盘点情况输入电脑。
·对人才的出勤、岗位变动、年假、病假的情况做出记录。
·准备部门采购需求并跟踪采购情况。
Knowledge and Experience知识和经验
·Diploma or Degree preferably in hospitality or related field
·Have experience in related field of hotel and engaged in similar position before
·Strong oral and written communication skills
·Computer skills( Office, Outlook, Opera)
·Skill to office software
·大专及以上学历在酒店或相关领域优先
·有酒店相关领域工作经验并且从事过类似岗位
·较强的书面和语言沟通能力
·计算机能力强
·能熟练操作办公软件
